The nation’s top talent in design and modelling are gearing up for the excitement of next week’s Lao Fashion Week 2016 in the capital.
The event will feature a full programme with the very best in local and international collections on the catwalk.
Lao Fashion Week founder Ms Pany Saignavongs said tickets for the Main Stage Fashion Show were now available for the evenings of September 14 16 with front row seats costing 300,000 kip and the 2nd row 200,000 kip. These prices were per person, per evening and included the cocktail reception after the show.
The event has also announced the model agencies who will grace this year’s runways and Ms Pany thanked Men Folder Models, Best Modelling, First Modelling and Kaona Modelling, for their support.
Lao Fashion Week 2016 will kick off with an invitation only premiere evening featuring haute couture collections by Khang, Sudinana von Rimscha for Ministry of Silk, Voravaj Bangkok, and Amrada Asia on September 13 at Settha Palace Hotel.
The second day sees the Main Stage Fashion Show featuring collections from Eaggamon, Yuna, Men Folder, Embran Nawawi and Hayden at Landmark Mekong Riverside Hotel.
The third day of Lao Fashion Week 2016 also at Landmark Mekong Riverside Hotel features the Main Stage Fashion Show with collections from Naree, Pitnapat, Annhien, Allan Ross, and Quoc Bihn.
The final evening features collections from various designers: Suguru Ito, Taem by Tyna, Lydia, Natacha, Van, Lenny Angustine and Lao Young Designers. The show will conclude with a Grand Finale of all participating designers and an auction to raise funds for the Lao Young Designer project along with Hair Creations Fantasy’ by Suguru Ito and Norie Sekiharat.
