Heathfield International School Vientiane chooses experienced teachers who are trained to recognize and nurture children to develop their minds and bodies by discovering their talents through sport, creativity, and the arts. Heathfield will focus on giving students a well-rounded education where they will be taught to develop their potential, to explore and discover the world around them, to think for themselves and to form opinions, which will help them to interact with others successfully.

The school also prioritizes student health and safety through high-quality teaching equipment, food, and classrooms, which are a minimum 8×8 meters to provide a suitable learning environment.

Heathfield International School Vientiane intends to build an Olympic size (short course) swimming pool, to accompany its tennis courts, basketball court, and exhibition room.
