As seen in a new Instagram post, a fan-favorite couple from the US reality show, 90 Day Fiance, met up in Laos with a former cast member for a surprise reunion.
Season five fan favorites of 90 Day Fiance, Annie Suwan and David Toborowsky, crossed paths with season one contestant, Syngin Colchester, a South African native, during a holiday trip to Vang Vieng this week.
The premise of the show revolves around American citizens utilizing the unique 90-Day Fiance (K-1) visa to have their overseas fiancés journey to the United States to cohabitate with their partners for the very first time. Within this 90-day window, each couple must make a critical decision: whether to commit to marriage or send their partner back home.
The fifth season featured David, a 54-year-old man from Kentucky, USA, who met his much younger fiance, Annie, while on a trip to Thailand, after getting divorced from his wife of 21 years. David and Annie went on to marry at the show and captured the fans’ support after overcoming numerous hardships.
David met Annie when he was going through financial and health struggles, but thanks to their popularity on the show, the couple has seen success and become a household name.
However, the cast member they met in Vang Vieng did not experience the same level of success as the couple did. Syngin Colchester, who had previously married a woman he met on the show, ultimately divorced after four years of marriage.
Annie posted to her 887,000 Instagram followers, “What a great time we [had] with everyone here in Vang Vieng, Laos.” Meanwhile, Syngin posted on his Instagram saying, “When in Vang Vieng baby!!! What an awesome treat to link up with these amazing people.”
Looking forward to growing their family, Annie and David have been thinking of having a baby and the couple are currently still in Vang Vieng enjoying a fun vacation.
