OSAKA, Japan, May 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The Wuxi Culture and Tourism Development Group debuted its new cultural tourism brand, Taihu Lake Yaji, during the “Wuxi Day” opening ceremony at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, on May 21. The brand, making its global premiere, merges cultural exchange forums, folk art performances, literary and painting exhibitions, and displays of creative cultural and intangible heritage to highlight China’s rich traditional culture and the substantial results of Wuxi’s integrated environmental management of Taihu Lake.

The dialogue highlighted Wuxi’s profound heritage, cultural traditions, scenic splendor, and notable achievements. Following the panel discussion, attendees experienced a live cultural performance program that included a solo erhu rendition of Er Quan Ying Yue by Duan Aiai and a cross-cultural musical performance of Love Story in Wuxi presented by Chinese and Japanese artists in collaboration the Wuxi Chinese Orchestra.
