Over Half of 3PL Providers to Invest in Predictive Maintenance and IoT Intelligence by 2025

ABI Research survey reveals how third-party logistics firms are prioritizing condition monitoring, AI-driven planning, and automation to stay competitive amid rising customer demands.

NEW YORK, Dec. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Third-party logistics (3PL) providers are shifting their investment strategies to focus on intelligence beyond location data. According to a recent study of global supply chain leaders conducted by ABI Research, more than half (51.3%) of 3PL respondents plan to invest over $100,000 in IoT solutions for vehicle diagnostics and predictive maintenance.

“3PL providers are increasingly expected to deliver not just visibility, but actionable intelligence into the condition and performance of goods and assets,” said Ryan Wiggin, Principal Analyst. “This is driving a wave of investment in technologies like digital twins, predictive maintenance, and advanced telematics, which can provide real-time insights and support proactive decision-making.”

Beyond condition monitoring, the report highlights that 32.9% of 3PL providers plan to invest over $250,000 in supply chain and demand planning solutions, signaling a broader shift toward data-driven logistics. Meanwhile, 18.5% of respondents are committing similar levels of investment to machine vision technologies, reflecting a growing interest in AI-powered tools for safety, asset tracking, and operational efficiency. These trends underscore increasing pressure on 3PLs to differentiate themselves in a competitive market by offering smarter, more adaptive services.

“To remain competitive, 3PL providers must go beyond traditional logistics services and embrace modular, scalable automation and advanced IoT solutions,” concluded Wiggin. “By partnering with system integrators that specialize in flexible deployments and investing in both IT and OT cybersecurity, 3PLs can meet rising customer demands for transparency, compliance, and responsiveness.”

These findings are from ABI Research’s Supply Chain Survey 2025: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Providers report, part of the company’s Freight Transportation research service, which includes research, data, and ABI Insights.

China’s REIT Market Accelerates Growth, Signaling a New Era for Real Estate Investment

Cushman & Wakefield Experts Share Market Insights at MIPIM Asia Summit

HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach Newswire – 4 December 2025 – China’s Real Estate Investment Trust (C-REIT) market is entering a transformative phase, marked by rapid expansion in issuance size, diversification into emerging asset classes, and rising institutional investor confidence. Since its inception, the market has grown to reach a total issuance scale of RMB207 billion across 77 projects as of end of November, underscoring its growing maturity and strategic importance.

Cushman & Wakefield subject matter experts shared these insights at the MIPIM Asia Summit held in Hong Kong over December 3–4, highlighting the firm’s leadership in shaping the sector. To date, Cushman & Wakefield has advised on IPOs and subsequent expansions for 46 C-REITs, including nine of China’s twelve listed Retail REITs such as the recent IPO of CapitaLand Commercial China-REIT, reinforcing its dominant position in this evolving market.

Francis Li, International Director, Head of Capital Markets, Greater China, said, “China’s REIT market has demonstrated remarkable growth, expanding its market value by approximately 85% last year and securing a position among the top three REIT markets in Asia for the first time in 2024. However, with only four years of history, the C-REIT market remains relatively young compared to mature markets such as the U.S. and Japan, which highlights significant potential for future growth as the market matures and diversifies to include a broader range of investors and asset classes.

“The participation of individual investors will be pivotal in driving the development of the C-REIT market. With household savings in China exceeding RMB160 trillion (around US$22 trillion), there is immense opportunity to channel these funds into the REIT market. The Central Government’s 15th Five-Year Plan, which focuses on optimizing policies in education, healthcare, and social security, is expected to boost domestic consumption and enhance the overall financial market. This, in turn, will likely improve the liquidity of the C-REIT market, enabling it to play a more significant role in the recovery of China’s commercial real estate sector.”

Recent developments have demonstrated notable acceleration in market activity, particularly within the real estate (RE) C-REIT segment, which now accounts for 54% of the total issuance size. Expansion into sectors such as retail, rental housing, and logistics has been a primary driver of this growth. The retail sector, in particular, has seen 12 listings, raising a total of RMB30.3 billion. Strong secondary market performance, including a record-high premium in the book building process in 2025, reflects positive market sentiment and robust liquidity.

Chris Yang, Senior Director, Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, Beijing, and Head of China REIT Practice Group, commented, “Investors are increasingly drawn to the stable returns and diversification benefits offered by C-REITs. In a financial environment marked by decreasing risk-free rates, which have dropped close to 100 basis points in the last two years, C-REITs offer a compelling alternative. Prospectuses for RE C-REITs project an average dividend yield of 5.0% in the first year of listing, a significant spread over government bonds. This stable, income-generating characteristic is a primary draw for a wide range of investors seeking predictable cashflows.”

Retail sector assets, including shopping malls, outlets, and community commerce centers, have proven particularly attractive. Investors are showing a clear preference for mature, stable assets, focusing on key metrics that indicate long-term viability. Important factors identified by Cushman & Wakefield include asset maturity (5–10 years of operation), high occupancy rates (typically above 90%), and locations within first-tier or core second-tier cities. The remaining land use term (RLUT) is also another critical valuation factor.

Yang added “Looking ahead, the C-REIT market is poised for sustained growth and further integration into China’s broader economic strategy. It provides a crucial mechanism for deleveraging the infrastructure and commercial real estate sector, promoting sustainable urban development, and offering to the public a transparent and regulated vehicle for investing in high-quality infrastructure and commercial real estate assets. As the C-REIT market continues to evolve—highlighted by the recent announcement of asset class expansion to include Grade A office buildings and 4+ star hotels—its role in enabling efficient capital allocation and bolstering the long-term stability of China’s commercial real estate sector is poised to become even more significant.”

About Ragistomig

Ragistomig (also known as ABL503) is a differentiated novel bispecific that integrates a single-chain, Fc-silent PD-L1 segment as a tumor engager and 4-1BB segment as a conditional T cell activator. It was developed using ABL Bio’s “Grabody-T” bispecific antibody platform technology to overcome resistance to PD-(L)1 inhibition and stimulate 4-1BB activation only in the presence of PD-L1 expressing tumor cells, to minimize the risk of off-tumor toxicity. Preclinical studies demonstrated that the bispecific antibody showed better anti-tumor activity than its single-agent components. A Phase 1 dose expansion study (NCT04762641) is currently being conducted in the U.S. and South Korea. The study was designed with a primary endpoint of defining the dose-limiting toxicity and adverse event profile of ragistomig, as well as to observe the objective response rate, pharmacokinetic and immunogenicity profiles and other secondary endpoints.

Ragistomig (also known as ABL503) is being jointly developed with ABL Bio

Sustained financial performance across multiple cycles has positioned Masan Consumer among Southeast Asia’s leading FMCG companies, comparable to regional peers that consistently deliver double-digit revenue CAGR and net profit margins above 20%.

These financial results were underpinned by strategic growth drivers that have strengthened the Company’s long-term competitive advantages. In specific, premiumization has emerged as a defining trend in Vietnam’s FMCG industry. Masan Consumer has led this transformation by expanding consumption occasions and enhancing value propositions across categories. CHIN-SU (Seasonings Category), the brand has evolved from traditional dipping sauces to a full cooking solution portfolio, including marinades, cooking sauces, and integrated meal-prep products – significantly increasing household penetration and market size. Meanwhile, with Omachi (Convenience Foods Category), the Company accelerated the shift from a ~US$1 billion instant noodle market to the ~US$17 billion premium convenient meal space, capturing higher-value consumption.

Five power brands—CHIN-SU, Nam Ngu, Omachi, Kokomi, Wake-Up 247—each generate over US$100 million in annual revenue, collectively contributing ~70% of incremental topline growth. Core innovations typically reach Top-3 market share within two years, far outpacing industry norms, reflecting Masan Consumer’s deep consumer insight and nationwide distribution strength. Since 2002, the Company has launched more than 1,200 new products, with innovation contributing roughly 20% of revenue during 2017–2024.

The Company reaches consumers through nearly 500,000 traditional trade outlets and 10,000 modern retail points nationwide. Building on this foundation, Masan Consumer launched the Retail Supreme model in 2024 to enhance control over execution, standardize in-store visibility, optimize inventory, and strengthen engagement with retailers. This tech-enabled model creates an integrated data engine – enhancing assortment planning, optimizing display efficiency, and improving sell-out performance. Combined with the scale and consumer insight of WinCommerce’s WinMart/WinMart+/WiN network, MCH can rapidly test innovations, adjust formulations in real time, and shorten the go-to-market cycle. As Retail Supreme scales nationwide, it is expected to become a sustainable competitive advantage enabling Masan Consumer to serve the evolving needs of over 100 million Vietnamese consumers more efficiently.

From 2018 to 2024, Masan Consumer paid out approximately US$1.5 billion in cash dividends to shareholders while still investing heavily in innovation and distribution expansion. Strong cash flow generation and sustained profitability reinforce the Company’s position as both a growth and defensive asset within Vietnam’s consumer sector.

Beyond the domestic market, Masan Consumer is accelerating its “Go Global” strategy by expanding its footprint across 26 international markets, including the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and Australia. International revenue increased at a ~16% CAGR from 2022 to 2024, achieving an operating margin of ~30% in 2024. The contribution of the international business rose from 1% of revenue in 2020 to 5% in 2025, with a medium-term target of 10–20%.

HOSE Listing – A Commitment to Transparency, Governance, and Sustainable Growth

With a strong brand portfolio, solid premiumization strategy, deep distribution scale, resilient financial foundation, and an experienced leadership team, Masan Consumer is well positioned to maximize long-term shareholder value on HOSE, Vietnam’s largest and most reputable stock exchange. Listing on HOSE reaffirms Masan Consumer’s commitment to operational excellence, enhanced transparency, and best-in-class corporate governance. The listing marks a pivotal milestone that opens a new growth chapter—one where Masan Consumer will continue to strengthen its strategic pillars and deliver sustainable value to consumers and shareholders in the years ahead.

WSPN Completes Global Payment Upgrade: Multi-Currency, Multi-Chain Infrastructure Now Live

TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands, Dec. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Worldwide Stablecoin Payment Network (WSPN) today announced the completion of its Global Payment infrastructure upgrade, establishing a comprehensive payment orchestration layer that supports multiple currencies, stablecoins, and blockchain networks through a unified API platform.

What’s New: Expanded Multi-Currency and Multi-Chain Coverage

The upgrade introduces traditional currency support, with USD accessible through Wire and ACH rails, and EUR through SEPA. On the digital asset side, the platform now supports five major stablecoins — USDT, USDC, PYUSD, DAI, and EURC — across four leading blockchain networks: Ethereum, Polygon, Solana and TRON.

“Completing the Global Payment infrastructure upgrade represents a major milestone in our mission to provide institutional-grade payment orchestration,” said Raymond Yuan, Founder and CEO of WSPN. “Businesses can now access a complete payment infrastructure layer that handles the complexity of multi-currency, multi-chain operations through simple API calls.”

How It Works: Complete Payment Infrastructure

Global Payment provides end-to-end payment infrastructure through a single API integration, enabling businesses to orchestrate payment flows while maintaining full control over their operations. The platform enables on-ramp and off-ramp services between fiat and digital assets, cross-chain asset movement, token swapping capabilities, and AutoRamp functionality that enables automated conversions based on predefined parameters.

The solution maintains WSPN’s institutional focus with built-in KYB processes, compliance verification, and enterprise-grade reliability. The API architecture allows for rapid deployment and easy maintenance, eliminating the need for businesses to build and maintain connections with multiple payment processors, blockchain networks, and liquidity providers.

Why It Matters: Simplified Global Payment Operations

Global Payment serves as the foundational infrastructure layer for businesses building payment applications, financial services platforms, or any solution requiring seamless movement of value across traditional and digital financial systems.

By consolidating multi-currency, multi-chain operations into a single integration point, the platform significantly reduces technical complexity and time-to-market. Businesses can now offer comprehensive payment capabilities to their customers without the operational overhead of managing disparate payment systems and blockchain integrations.
