Nework Advances Connected Learning with Google-Certified NewBoard E-Series

POMONA, Calif., Aug. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — As schools prepare for the 2026–2027 academic year, classroom technology is becoming increasingly connected to the digital tools educators and students already use every day. Yet adding more technology does not always mean a simpler classroom experience. Switching between platforms, connecting personal devices, and managing software can create unnecessary friction during instruction.

NewBoard E-Series — A High-Performance Android Smart Board for Interactive Collaboration
NewBoard E-Series — A High-Performance Android Smart Board for Interactive Collaboration

Nework’s NewBoard E-Series is designed to address that challenge by bringing native Google ecosystem access, interactive teaching capabilities, and flexible device connectivity together in a single classroom display. Available in 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch models, the E-Series combines Google EDLA certification with Android 14 to provide educators with a more familiar and connected digital teaching environment.

Native Google Access for a More Connected Classroom

A key feature of the NewBoard E-Series is its official Google EDLA certification, which provides native access to the Google Play Store, Google Workspace, and Google Classroom directly from the display. Educators can access familiar classroom tools and educational applications without relying on external PCs or complex sideloading.

The certification also supports enterprise-grade data privacy and automatic OTA updates, helping schools maintain a secure and manageable technology environment. For educators, the goal is straightforward: spend less time managing technology and more time teaching.

Designed Around Collaborative Learning

The E-Series is built to support classrooms where interaction extends beyond the teacher standing at the front of the room. Its 50-point multi-touch capability allows up to 10 users to write, draw, and work through problems simultaneously, while palm rejection, smart stylus recognition, and gesture support provide a more natural writing experience.

With an 8-core processor, 8GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and Android 14, the display is designed to support multitasking across teaching applications and interactive content.

Wireless screen sharing further expands classroom participation. Through E-Share, teachers and students can stream content from up to 16 devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones. This makes it easier to move between individual work, group discussion, and classroom presentations while supporting a flexible BYOD environment.

Built for Everyday Classroom Use

The E-Series combines these interactive capabilities with a 4K UHD anti-glare display, an 85% NTSC color gamut, and a 178-degree viewing angle to support clear visibility across the classroom. Anti-glare treatment helps minimize reflections under classroom lighting, while toughened 8H glass adds durability for everyday use.

Full-function USB-C connectivity with 65W power delivery brings video, audio, touch return, and charging together through a single cable, helping simplify transitions between devices and presentations. Dual 20W front-facing speakers provide clear audio for multimedia lessons and classroom content.

“EdTech should empower teachers to teach, not force them to spend valuable class time troubleshooting connections or managing outdated software,” said the Nework Product Team. “With Google EDLA certification and Android 14 on the NewBoard E-Series, educators can access the Google tools they already rely on directly from the display. Our goal is to make connected classroom technology more intuitive, secure, and interactive for learning environments of all sizes.”

For the 2026–2027 Back-to-School season, the NewBoard E-Series represents Nework’s broader approach to classroom technology: bringing the tools educators already use into a more integrated, collaborative, and accessible learning environment.

RemotePeople Completes 2026 SOC 2 Type II Audit Across Security, Availability, and Confidentiality

The New York-headquartered global Employer of Record renews its SOC 2 Type II attestation for a full 12-month period, adding to its ISO 27001 and GDPR certifications and its recent A+ platform security rating from Astra Security.

NEW YORK, Aug. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — RemotePeople, a global provider of Employer of Record (EOR), payroll, and recruitment services operating in more than 150 countries, today announced the successful completion of its 2026 SOC 2 Type II audit, covering the Security, Availability, and Confidentiality Trust Service Criteria. The independent examination was performed by INTERCERT CPA LLC in accordance with AICPA SSAE 21 attestation standards and covered a continuous 12-month observation period from May 31, 2025 to May 30, 2026.

Unlike a SOC 2 Type I report, which evaluates the design of controls at a single point in time, a Type II report evaluates whether those controls actually operated effectively over a sustained period — in this case, an entire year. The auditor issued a clean opinion, confirming that RemotePeople’s controls were both suitably designed and operating effectively throughout the period to achieve its service commitments and system requirements.

What the audit covered

The examination scope covered RemotePeople’s cloud-hosted platform, including the following Trust Service Criteria:

  • Security — protection of the system against unauthorized access, both physical and logical.
  • Availability — the system is available for operation and use as committed or agreed.
  • Confidentiality — information designated as confidential is protected as committed or agreed.

Many EOR and HR technology providers scope their SOC 2 examination to Security alone. Extending to Availability and Confidentiality reflects the reality of RemotePeople’s work: the platform runs payroll for employees in more than 150 countries and holds sensitive personal, tax, and banking data on behalf of thousands of organizations. Downtime and data disclosure both carry direct consequences for customers.

Layered assurance across independent frameworks

The 2026 SOC 2 Type II attestation is the third pillar of RemotePeople’s independent security assurance stack, joining its ISO 27001 certification, GDPR compliance program, and the A+ platform security rating recently awarded by Astra Security following an AI-augmented penetration test of app.remotepeople.com. Together, these attestations cover control design, sustained operating effectiveness, data protection, and offensive security testing — from independent third parties operating under different methodologies.

“Our customers trust us with contracts, payroll, tax IDs, and banking details for their people in more than 150 countries. That trust has to be earned every year, not claimed once. A SOC 2 Type II covering not just Security but also Availability and Confidentiality, alongside our ISO 27001 and our recent Astra A+ rating, is how we prove — with independent third parties — that the platform behind the promise is doing what we say it is.”

— Antoine Boquen, CEO of RemotePeople

The full SOC 2 Type II report is available to RemotePeople customers and qualified prospects under NDA through the company’s Trust Center at eu.sprinto.com/trust-center/view/0656f314-c72e-4fad-a251-258d8102fef8.

Viettel Named Top Winner Worldwide at the 2026 International Business Awards

The Vietnamese telecommunications and technology group takes 30 Stevie Awards, including 19 Gold – the most of any entrant in a field drawn from 78 nations and territories.

HANOI, Vietnam, Aug. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Viettel Group has been named the top winner of the 23rd Annual International Business Awards® (IBA), taking 30 Stevie® Awards: 19 Gold, eight Silver and three Bronze. It is the highest total of any organization in this year’s program, and Viettel’s 19 Gold Stevies are nearly double the next-highest tally.

Viettel Named Top Winner Worldwide at the 2026 International Business Awards

The result lifts Viettel from second place worldwide in 2025, when it won 25 awards. Its Gold count has more than doubled year on year, from eight to 19. The group has now won more than 150 IBA awards since it first entered in 2016 – the strongest record of any Vietnamese company in the program’s history.

Part of the Stevie Awards family, the IBA is the world’s only international, all-encompassing business awards program. This year’s edition drew more than 3,800 nominations from organizations in 78 nations and territories, among them IBM and Cisco, evaluated by more than 210 business professionals serving as judges on 11 specialized committees.

International markets deliver two-thirds of the haul

Most of the 30 awards came from Viettel’s overseas operations, a sign that its operating and innovation standards travel across markets. Bitel (Viettel Peru) and Metfone (Viettel Cambodia) led the group with six awards each.

Bitel was recognized in categories including Telecommunications – Large, Most Innovative Company of the Year and Best Mobile App for Social Good. Metfone won Gold for Viral Marketing Campaign of the Year and Most Innovative TikTok Channel – telecom marketing turned popular culture.

Lumitel (Viettel Burundi) took Gold as a medium-size telecommunications company, while Halotel (Viettel Tanzania) and Telemor (Viettel Timor-Leste) also featured among the winners. Viettel’s corporate social responsibility programs in Africa earned three Silver Stevies.

AI-based products carry the domestic showing

In Vietnam, the awards went largely to AI-driven platforms and products: Viettel Post’s smart logistics robot complex and AI-powered driver-monitoring camera; Viettel Solutions’ eDoc electronic document management platform and the Viettel ITS intelligent transport system; and ISAAP, an information security assessment and audit platform built by the group’s information technology center. Viettel Post also won Management Team of the Year and Transportation – Large.

The results reflect Viettel’s strategy of shifting from telecom operator to technology company, with its AI, automation and cybersecurity products well regarded in international markets.

NINGJI Takes Centre Stage at KLCC, Strengthening Its Position as a Benchmark for Southeast Asian Expansion Through Five Key Localization Strategies

HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach Newswire – 14 August 2026 – From 23 to 25 July 2026, the ninth Franchise Expo Malaysia 2026 was held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). As one of China’s leading new-style tea brands, NINGJI was invited to participate and quickly became one of the highlights of the exhibition with its distinctive brand appeal.

During the event, Dato’ Liew Bin, President of the Malaysia Retail Chain Association (MRCA), visited the NINGJI booth. The two parties exchanged views on NINGJI’s brand development, product offerings and expansion plans in the Malaysian market.

Backed by a proven store model and a comprehensive overseas support system, NINGJI attracted strong interest from high-quality investors throughout the event. Over the three-day exhibition, the brand successfully signed agreements for 20 new stores, bringing its total number of contracted stores in Malaysia to 82. Potential partners across multiple regions also expressed interest in establishing strategic partnerships with the brand, demonstrating NINGJI’s growing appeal in international markets.

Through product tastings and immersive interactive experiences, NINGJI also strengthened its connection with local consumers. The event generated several thousand new member registrations, building a valuable base of first-party customer data for future localized marketing initiatives.

As one of China’s leading new-style tea brands, NINGJI began its global expansion at the end of 2024. To date, the brand has signed agreements for more than 150 overseas stores across Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia and other markets.

In Malaysia, NINGJI currently operates nine stores, with more than ten additional locations in development. Its network is steadily expanding across key commercial districts, while the brand continues to strengthen its influence throughout Southeast Asia.

Five Localization Strategies for Malaysia, Ningji’s Anchor Overseas Market

With its young and diverse population, well-established food and beverage sector, and year-round tropical climate, Malaysia provides highly favourable conditions for refreshing fresh fruit and lemon tea beverages.

Against this backdrop, NINGJI has identified Malaysia as one of its core overseas markets and is systematically advancing its localization strategy across five key areas: store network development, supply chain infrastructure, product portfolio, organizational capabilities and brand marketing.

Expanding Across Key Commercial Districts and Empowering Every Store Through Digital Intelligence

NINGJI will use Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru as two strategic hubs, drawing on its proven store operating experience to establish a more refined system for site evaluation, store development and project management.

The brand has built strong digital capabilities, including an end-to-end digital system covering site selection and daily operations, as well as four AI-powered agents that provide franchise partners with integrated, data-driven support.

While steadily expanding its store network and market coverage, NINGJI remains equally focused on store-level operating quality and long-term profitability. The brand aims to build a high-quality retail network that reaches a diverse range of commercial districts and serves a broad customer base.

Strengthening the Local Supply Chain with a Forward Warehouse in Malaysia

Supply chain capability is the lifeline of any new-style tea brand. In China, NINGJI operates seven warehousing centres, manages more than 2,000 mu of lemon orchards. These capabilities have laid a solid foundation for the brand’s continued expansion.

NINGJI believes that genuine localization means combining the capabilities of its headquarters with local market resources. The brand plans to establish a forward warehouse in Malaysia by the end of the year.

Once operational, the facility will enable efficient “T+1” delivery across Malaysia’s key regions, helping stores reduce the risk of stock shortages while significantly lowering the amount of capital franchise partners need to commit to inventory. It will also provide strong logistical support for the continued expansion of NINGJI’s store network.

Balancing Classics and Innovation to Create Products for Local Tastes

NINGJI’s menu centres on fresh fruit lemon beverages paired with whole-leaf tea. Its use of fresh ingredients and made-to-order hand-shaken preparation gives the brand strong cross-cultural appeal and makes its products naturally suited to international markets.

In Malaysia, NINGJI has chosen not to simply replicate its existing menu. Instead, the brand has adopted a “signature products for customer acquisition plus localized innovation” strategy.

On the one hand, proven bestsellers led by Superior Taste Award-winning YaShiXiang Lemon Tea have launched in Malaysian, on the other hand, NINGJI continues to refine its ingredient transportation and storage solutions while developing products tailored to local flavour preferences and market conditions.

In addition to its consistently popular core products, NINGJI has already launched its new pineapple series in Malaysia. The well-received Lemon Milk Series is scheduled to make its official debut in October.

Moving forward, the brand will maintain a quarterly product launch cycle and continue using localized flavours and product innovation to energize the market.

Establishing a Regional Headquarters and Building a Professional Local Team

Local talent is essential for any brand seeking to establish deep and lasting roots in an overseas market.

NINGJI has already assembled a professional team in Malaysia covering local site selection, store development and operational management, and the team continues to grow. This will further enhance the brand’s responsiveness throughout the entire store development journey, from preliminary site selection and opening preparations to daily operations.

NINGJI also plans to establish a regional headquarters in Malaysia and further strengthen its partner support system across staff training, marketing and operational management.

By working alongside local franchise partners who share its commitment to long-term growth, NINGJI aims to expand the market and create greater opportunities together.

Communicating Across Cultures Through Localized Design and Marketing

NINGJI aims to become part of the everyday lives of Malaysian consumers.

In terms of visual presentation, the brand retains its signature yellow and green colour palette while incorporating local aesthetic preferences. Through its “one store, one design” approach, NINGJI creates open and comfortable social spaces tailored to different locations and communities.

From a marketing perspective, the brand will continue to engage with local festivals and cultural trends while collaborating with Malaysian KOLs and KOCs. By connecting social media content with offline experiences, NINGJI seeks to build an emotional relationship with consumers that goes beyond the products themselves and genuinely become part of the local lifestyle.

During its Kuala Lumpur market launch, for example, NINGJI invited Elyn Leong, a Malaysian member of the girl group Gen1es, to serve as “Store Manager for a Day.” Supported by extensive social media promotion, the “Lemon Tea for the Whole City” campaign generated more than one million views and tens of thousands of user-generated interactions across Xiaohongshu, Instagram and Facebook.

Committed to Long-Term Growth, NINGJI Creates Multidimensional Cultural Dialogue Through Localization

NINGJI believes that true globalization is not about simply replicating an existing model. It is a process of deep integration, continuous learning and ongoing refinement.

The brand continues to adapt its products, operations and communications to the consumer characteristics of each market, moving beyond simply “going global” towards becoming genuinely embedded in local communities.

A representative of NINGJI’s overseas business division said:

“Malaysia has a young, diverse and dynamic consumer market and is an important part of NINGJI’s international growth strategy. In the second half of 2026, while steadily expanding our store network, we will further advance the localization of our products, operations and brand communications. We will also continue strengthening our local team and supply chain infrastructure while building long-term relationships with more partners who understand the Malaysian market.”

Looking ahead, NINGJI will continue to build on its product strength and in-store experience while exploring diverse forms of collaboration with local business organizations, content creators and industry partners.

Starting with a cup of fresh fruit lemon tea, NINGJI aims not only to become part of Malaysian consumers’ everyday lives, but also to work alongside local partners to unlock new growth opportunities in the freshly prepared beverage market.

The second panel was titled “How Will Industrial and Building Automation Shape Sustainable Manufacturing in Thailand?” It featured experts from Lumentum International (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Ally Logistics Property Co., Ltd., DHL Express International (Thailand) Ltd. and Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. The panelists exchanged practical perspectives on connected automation, operational data, digital twins and intelligent building technologies. The discussion highlighted how these technologies can improve productivity, strengthen energy management and enable more informed decision-making across manufacturing, industrial property and logistics operations.

Complementing the summit discussions, Delta showcased four integrated solution areas that translated key topics from the program into real-world applications:

  • All-in-One Sustainable Modular Data Center Solutions
  • Sustainable Smart Microgrid Solutions for C&I Applications

The showcase demonstrated how Delta’s power electronics, automation and digital technologies can work together to support growing computing demand, smarter industrial operations and more efficient buildings.

Building on the company’s 38 years of operations in Thailand, the Delta Future Industry Summit continues its tradition in bringing together decision makers and industry leaders to exchange perspectives on emerging trends, opportunities and shared challenges.
