Integration

Unlike conventional cold plate deployments that rely on external chilled-water plants or CDU loops, the Fourier cold plate container comes with a fully integrated chiller system. Servers can be racked and powered on immediately, without additional site infrastructure, enabling true plug-and-play deployment for AI training clusters and HPC workloads.

Sustainability

Operating with a sealed coolant loop that consumes virtually no water, the system removes dependence on municipal supply and chemical treatment. This allows reliable operation in water-scarce or high temperature regions while minimizing maintenance to periodic preventive servicing. Optimized cooling design further ensures lower PUE and minimized TCO.

Reliability

Each module supports up to 0.5 MW IT load, from 8×4090 training servers to single H100 deployments, and scales linearly to multi-megawatt campuses. Built with N+1 redundancy across pumps and fans, the system is engineered to meet Tier III standards with resilience approaching Tier IV, ensuring mission-critical availability and year-round continuous operation.

The Fourier Cold Plate Container represents a new era of prefabricated data center infrastructure combining density, efficiency, and sustainability in a single solution that redefines how AI and HPC clusters are deployed globally.

“It is difficult for a single startup to manage the entire process from research and development to market entry independently. Together, these measures provide layered protection with preventive controls, real-time monitoring, and post-incident traceability to protect client data and preserve technology exclusivity.

As a major participant in the global CDMO market, China is increasingly taking on outsourced global production by drawing on cost efficiencies, a strong manufacturing foundation, and advancing technical capabilities. “InnoMax MedTech has the capacity to deliver fully integrated medical device solutions,” Shih noted. “We will continue to deepen our expertise, expand our global footprint, and strengthen our international service capabilities. The “Ningbo in Light and Shadow” exhibition uses the art of photography to tell the story of Ningbo, a major eastern port city, and its history of international exchange; it stands as a model for promoting dialogue that moves beyond material exchange to spiritual engagement, highlighting interaction between East and West.

Since its inaugural launch in Cambodia in May 2024, the exhibition has toured 19 countries — including Bangladesh, the United States, Canada, and Benin — attracting nearly 460,000 visitors and receiving widespread acclaim. The official social media account of the Office of the Prime Minister of Cambodia liked and shared related posts twice, and the Chinese Embassy in Canada posted on its overseas account: “Ningbo has showcased its unparalleled beauty and charm to Canadian audiences. While the city’s name means ‘a peaceful sea with calm waves,’ its passion for international exchange is as vibrant as splashing water.”

Ningbo’s history, told through light, shadow and photography, symbolizes China’s opening-up and stands as a testament to the city’s journey alongside the world,” said Marcel Leijzar, Deputy Director of the Department of International Development and Cooperation at the UN World Tourism Organization.

It is reported that the music season will run until December 25, featuring a series of events including musical performances, artistic exchanges, music industry forums, and cultural tourism initiatives. The activities will also extend to cities such as Paris and Nice in France, Brussels in Belgium, and Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Chengdu in China, offering a trans-regional, multi-dimensional artistic feast.

Additionally, to celebrate the upcoming Chinese National Day, Bailu Town has integrated French romance with National Day elements, creating a series of photo spots, music-themed spaces, and cultural creative consumption scenes. A Sino-French cultural creative market and food stalls have been set up, connecting music-themed cafes, vintage musical instrument experience shops, and other unique stores, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in market browsing, gourmet tasting, and souvenir shopping while enjoying the music.

The connection between Bailu Town in Pengzhou and France dates back to the late 19th century when a French missionary built the Upper Academy in the town. This left behind a legacy of romantic French architecture and infused this mountain town with a touch of European culture. Today, these well-preserved century-old buildings complement the surrounding beautiful natural scenery, earning Bailu Town the nickname “Little Paris of the East”.

Leveraging its profound French cultural heritage, Bailu Town has gradually developed into a uniquely charming arts village with a distinct French ambiance. Since its inception in 2013, the Sino-French Classical Music Art Season has been held for thirteen consecutive sessions. Its scale has continually expanded, and its international influence has grown, making it an important bridge for Sino-French cultural and artistic exchange.

The Bailu Sino-French Classical Music Art Season is rooted in and has grown from this very foundation. It is not only an artistic celebration but also a platform for industry integration and international cooperation. In the future, Chengdu will use this as an opportunity to further amplify the brand’s effect, deepen Sino-French cultural and tourism integration, and let the bond of music connect the world even more broadly.

Binance Link Pilots Crypto-as-a-Service: A Premium White-Label Infrastructure Solution Empowering Traditional Financial Institutions to Enter the Crypto Market

Empowering Financial Institutions to Launch Crypto Trading with Speed and Confidence

DUBAI, UAE, Sept. 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and users, today announced the launch of Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS), a premium white-label solution designed to enable traditional financial institutions and brokerage firms to seamlessly offer crypto trading services to their clients.

CaaS is an end-to-end infrastructure and technology solution tailored specifically for large, regulated financial institutions. It empowers selected institutions to effortlessly launch their own crypto trading offerings while leveraging Binance’s industry-leading backend infrastructure.

The solution covers Spot and Futures trading, liquidity, custody, compliance, and settlement services. Importantly, institutions retain full control over their front-end user experience, brand, and client relationships, while significantly reducing the time, cost, and complexity of building crypto capabilities in-house.

Key value propositions of Binance’s newly launched Crypto-as-a-Service include:

  • Internalised Trading: Institutions can match orders directly between their own clients where ‘best-price matching’ is available internally. It is a feature that no other industry player currently offers. This capability enables institutions to maximise their revenue, offer comprehensive crypto services, streamline execution within their environment and manage clients effortlessly, while still having seamless access to Binance’s global Spot and Futures liquidity when needed.
  • Access to Binance Liquidity and Markets: For institutions without sufficient internal liquidity for internalised trading, CaaS offers access to Binance’s global orderbook. Clients can connect directly to Binance’s deep Spot and Futures order books, tapping into some of the deepest liquidity pools in the world. This ensures consistent execution, tight spreads, and full market coverage with no hidden fees or restrictions on trading pairs.
  • Dashboard Built for Institutions: Beyond trading, CaaS also includes a dedicated management dashboard providing insights into trading volumes, client onboarding, asset flows, and trade distribution. Institutions can easily manage sub-accounts, commissions, and trading settings, combining intuitive control with full API connectivity.
  • Comprehensive Client Management Tools: CaaS empowers institutions with powerful, customisable client management capabilities. Through an intuitive management dashboard, institutions can segment clients, apply tailored fee markups, and craft personalized trading experiences, enabling a targeted, tiered engagement model that drives client acquisition and retention.
  • Integrated Tools for Custody and Compliance: CaaS simplifies asset segregation and settlement with secure sub-accounts and multiple unique deposit addresses. It also integrates essential compliance features such as KYC, and transaction monitoring APIs, helping institutions meet regulatory requirements across jurisdictions efficiently.

Catherine Chen, Head of VIP & Institutional at Binance, shared: “The demand for digital assets is growing faster than ever, and traditional financial institutions can no longer afford to be on the sidelines. However, building crypto capabilities from scratch is complex, costly, and can be risky. That’s why we created Crypto-as-a-Service — a turn-key solution that provides institutions with trusted, ready-made infrastructure. With its plug-and-play design, it’s incredibly easy to integrate, allowing institutions to focus on what matters most: their clients.

“Ultimately, CaaS aims to broaden access to digital assets, reaching more users who may not yet be exposed to this asset class. We’re excited to help bridge the gap between traditional finance and the crypto world, empowering institutions to confidently embrace the future of finance,” she continued.

Binance will open early access to Crypto-as-a-Service on September 30, 2025. During this phase, a select group of institutions will be given the first opportunity to explore the platform through private demos and direct engagement with the Binance team.

Participation in the early access phase is reserved for established, licensed banks, brokerages, and exchanges that meet the scale requirements for CaaS. General availability is planned for later in Q4, expanding access to a broader range of eligible institutions.

Institutions interested in early access and partnership opportunities are encouraged to contact Binance to learn more.

Jackery, a global provider of innovative solar generators and renewable energy solutions, was invited to speak alongside guests, including Ahmed El Saeed, Head of Office for Asia Pacific, U.N. Global Pulse, and Christoph Johannes Meinrenken, Professor, Principal lnvestigator, Research Program on Sustainability Policy and Management, Columbia Climate School. The discussion focused on two key questions central to implementation: how green energy supports ecological conservation, and how to build lasting alliances for sustainable development.

Ecological Conservation and Disaster Response: Clean Power in Real Scenarios

Jackery highlighted practical collaborations that turn technology into outcomes. In collaboration with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Jackery supported the protection of rare species by supplying solar-charged portable power stations that provided safe and stable electricity for mobile field medical vehicles, thereby improving continuity of care while reducing emissions. In China’s Hoh Xil region, Jackery partnered with local ecological protection organizations to deliver clean and reliable power for frontline rangers working in remote and harsh conditions. In addition to its conservation efforts, the company rapidly deploys emergency power equipment following hurricanes, earthquakes, and other natural disasters to restore critical services.

“Energy for Good”: a Networked Approach to Value Co-Creation

Highlighting the importance of corporate philanthropy partnerships, Wang emphasized that real impact comes from technology enablement, multi-stakeholder participation, and value co-creation—moving from isolated donations into sustained collaboration. Jackery has established partnerships with NGOs, including WWF and the International Rescue Committee (IRC), and has been honored with the SEAL Awards for sustainability for three consecutive years.

Across operations, Jackery collaborates with supply-chain partners to integrate low-carbon practices throughout the entire supply chain. The company has built a Green Factory and launched a Zero-Carbon Laboratory, powered by a solar-storage microgrid. These facilities are supported by green-power procurement aligned with I-REC standards, cutting emissions from purchased electricity.

On product accountability, 18 Jackery products have earned carbon footprint verification from TÜV SÜD, enabling full life-cycle tracking and material improvements that reduce embedded carbon. As of June 2025, Jackery estimates its sold solar panels have helped users worldwide save approximately 1.25 billion kWh of electricity and avoid roughly 1.243 million tons of CO₂—demonstrating the contribution of distributed clean power to the global low-carbon transition.

From “Promise” to “Practice” Under Climate Week’s ‘Power On’ Theme

With global climate governance entering an execution phase, Jackery called for alliances that transform environmental philanthropy from isolated gestures into sustained, shared-value systems, ‘Power On’ means moving from slogans to systems,” Wang added. “We welcome partners across public, philanthropic, and private sectors to scale clean power where it matters most.

Advancing this agenda urgently requires more ‘action-oriented enterprises’ willing to engage in real-world, tackle practical challenges, and scale proven solutions. Only through such concrete efforts can the vision of a low-carbon future become reality and drive meaningful progress in global sustainability.”
