Getinge publishes Annual Report for 2025

GOTHENBURG, Sweden, March 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Today, Getinge publishes its Annual Report for 2025, including the Sustainability statement. The year was marked by geopolitical friction and significant cost impacts from tariffs and currency movements, while the company delivered strong underlying profitability, continued regulatory progress, and an ambitious innovation agenda.

Getinge’s 2025 Annual Report summarizes the year’s performance, both financially and in sustainability, and provides an overview of the company’s strategy, targets, and governance. The medtech company’s net sales in 2025 amounted to SEK 35 billion, with organic growth across all business areas. Despite combined headwinds from currency effects and tariffs exceeding SEK 1 billion, the company delivered an unchanged adjusted EBITA margin for the full year, confirming a robust business model and increased operational resilience.

“2025 was a year in which our strategy, global presence, and ways of working were truly tested – and proved their strength. Despite a more complex external environment, we delivered steady results, reached important regulatory milestones, and continued to strengthen our position in our prioritized markets,” says Mattias Perjos, President and CEO at Getinge.

During the year, Getinge made significant progress in quality and regulatory compliance, including the reinstatement of the CE certificate for its intra-aortic ballon pump Cardiosave and several new MDR approvals. At the same time, several new products and solutions were launched within intensive care, surgical workflows, and life science, with a focus on productivity, patient safety, and sustainable use of resources.

Demand for more efficient and sustainable healthcare continues to be driven by demographic changes, resource constraints, and increasing pressure on healthcare systems. Getinge addresses this through a broad offering, close customer collaboration, and an increasing number of solutions that improve workflows and reduce environmental impact.

“Our long-term direction remains unchanged. With a focus on quality, innovation, and close customer partnerships, we continue to build on a strong foundation for profitable growth and long-term value creation,” says Perjos.

Getinge has continued to strengthen its financial position with reduced net debt and strong equity ratio. The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 4.75 per share for the 2025 financial year.

By positioning R&D among the fundamental engines of its growth, Beko is able to bridge the gap between deep-tech exploration and the tangible features that anticipate how people want to live. Beko’s R&D capabilities find their strength in a unified global network of 28 R&D centers across 12 countries, creating a collaborative nucleus that stretches from its core in Türkiye – where 13 centers are located – to key European hubs in Italy, Poland, Slovakia and Romania. This distributed yet tightly connected model allows engineering and design teams to work as one, so ideas can move quickly from early research to built–in product solutions that are interoperable by design and create real value in everyday life, with Italy’s Cassinetta and Fabriano hubs playing a pivotal role in driving design and built–in innovation at the heart of Europe’s home appliances ecosystem.

The efficacy of Beko’s R&D infrastructure is validated by more than 4,500 international patent applications and over one million annual tests conducted to provide peak reliability and performance. To further accelerate this development, Beko has integrated AI and digital technologies into its core processes. By applying machine learning to materials research to predict structural performance and leveraging generative AI for faster software design and development, the company ensures that its technical foundation remains as agile as the evolving consumer needs it aims to meet.

From lab to kitchen: Innovation in Action

The ultimate proof of concept for Beko’s R&D investment and global infrastructure is found in the products themselves, which serve as the direct outcome of Beko’s scientific rigor. These innovations are exemplified by technologies such as HarvestFresh, which uses a unique three-color light system to mimic the natural 24-hour sun cycle and preserve vitamins in fresh produce1, and Beko’s AI-Sense and HomeWhiz enabled appliances. These systems serve as a tangible demonstration of the R&D network’s capabilities, using artificial intelligence to learn household usage patterns, optimize refrigerator performance, and track energy consumption. Through this unified approach, Beko ensures that every investment in its more than 2,000 R&D employees, together with its global centers, results in meaningful products that remain at the forefront of modern home living.

Reflecting on this roadmap-driven approach, Nihat Bayız, Chief Production and Technology Officer at Beko stated: “Our ambition is to be a company that doesn’t just adopt technology but develops it and brings it to homes around the world. By carefully balancing our short-, mid- and long–term innovation horizons, we can turn deep R&D insight into scalable solutions that stay ahead of evolving consumer needs. Whether it is AI learning how a family uses their fridge to save energy, or light that helps preserve vitamins in fresh food, our teams are focused on transforming investment into innovation that genuinely improves everyday life.”

DJI Avata 360 Sets New Standards for Immersive 360 FPV Flying

Brilliant Imaging, Boundless Creativity

Avata 360 offers two different lenses that can be seamlessly switched. The 360° lens uses 1-inch-equivalent sensors[1] that can capture 360° images in rich detail for 8K/60fps HDR videos[1] and 120 MP photos. With the large 2.4 μm pixels and high dynamic range, light and shadow are also captured with exquisite clarity. Both video and photos can be exported directly or reframed in post-production. Meanwhile, the Single Lens mode allows creators to use the classic Avata-style filming in 4K/60fps[1].

Powerful Video Transmission, Immersive Flight

Avata 360 leverages DJI’s flagship O4+ video transmission system to deliver stable and clear live feeds for smoother, more immersive flights. Its strong anti-interference capabilities enable high-definition, high-frame-rate transmission at 1080p/60fps and support a range of up to 20 km[1].

Fly With Confidence, Create With Ease

Avata 360 offers up to 23 minutes of flight time[1] and includes several standard safety features, including nightscape omnidirectional obstacle sensing[1] and integrated propeller guards. If damaged, the camera lens can be easily replaced with the DJI Avata 360 replacement lens kit with tools (sold separately). It also brings an exceptional experience to aerial content creation, where a single shot with the drone’s 360° imaging can be transformed into multiple, masterful creations through post production using the DJI Fly and DJI Studio apps, including:

  • Spotlight Free[1] – Locks onto a moving subject and assists with camera movement, replicating the sophisticated camera language like a pro with Inspire 3. By comparison, Spotlight locks onto your subject’s face to effortlessly capture Circle or Dronie shots without manual adjustments.
  • ActiveTrack 360°[1] – Automatically selects the optimal tracking mode. For example, Standard mode maintains a steady distance and altitude relative to the subject. Meanwhile, Cycling mode reacts faster to turns and keeps the subject in frame even in complex environments.
  • FPV mode – Enables even novice pilots to adds a natural roll effect to Spotlight Free, ActiveTrack 360°, and manual flights to create dynamic, high-speed FPV-style footage. This mode can be applied in post-production.
  • Intelligent Tracking – Powered by advanced algorithms, DJI Fly and DJI Studio apps make it effortless to lock onto and smoothly track people, vehicles, pets, and more, even in 360° footage.
  • New One-Tap In-App Editing – With GyroFrame, 360° footage can be adjusted to an ideal angle and exported in the DJI Fly app. Both DJI Fly and DJI Studio allow camera movement effects to be added.
  • Virtual Gimbal[1] – Uses a 360° view to enable infinite rotation and tilt for dynamic camera moves. Even when flying in one direction, horizons can be rotated, and perspectives can be shifted to look back or perform a flip.
  • Replaceable Front Lens Element – The front element features a replaceable design. Purchase a replacement lens kit with tools[1], and you can easily replace the old lens yourself—no need to send it in for repair.
  • 42GB Internal Storage and High-Speed Transfers – With 42GB of internal storage, 30 minutes of 360° video in 8K without a microSD card. Using Wi-Fi 6 High-Speed Transfer, 1 GB of footage can be transferred to the DJI Fly app in 10 seconds at up to 100 MB/s[1].

FPV Flights and Aerial Filming in One Drone

Avata 360 combines the creative freedom of a 360 camera with the thrill of FPV flying like never before. It can be flown with DJI remote controllers (RC 2, RC-N2, RC-N3) for precise camera movement, allowing creators to unlock new ways to create stunning aerial shots. Meanwhile, DJI goggles and motion controllers offer a more immersive flight experience with 360° imaging at 1080p/60fps. Like the Avata 2, aerial acrobatics like drifting can be performed – even by beginners – with the DJI RC Motion 3.

Peijia Medical Announces 2025 Annual Results

SUZHOU, China, March 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Peijia Medical (9996.HK), a leading Chinese domestic company in the high-growth transcatheter valve therapeutics and neurovascular interventions markets, announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025 on March 25, 2026.

During the year, the Group delivered steady revenue growth and continued improvement in operating efficiency, while advancing multiple key pipeline programs. Against a dynamic industry backdrop, the Group’s core business demonstrated increasingly resilience. The Neurointerventional Business emerged as a stronger earnings contributor, while the Transcatheter Valve Therapeutic Business continued to expand its platform, enhance commercialization capabilities and improve its profitability profile.

Steady Growth with Improving Profitability Profile

For the year ended December 31, 2025, the Group recorded total revenue of RMB712.9 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 15.8%. Revenue contribution remained balanced, with TAVR-related products accounting for 40.7% and neurointerventional products accounting for 59.3% of total revenue.

While maintaining a relatively stable gross margin, the Group continued to strengthen cost discipline and improve operating efficiency, supported by scale expansion and more focused resource allocation. Excluding the losses attributable to the entities comprising the Future Technology Business [1], the Group’s adjusted loss for the year narrowed by 44.1% year on year to RMB110.5 million, reflecting a clear trend of improving underlying profitability.

Neurointerventional Business: Profit Contribution Accelerates and Globalization Begins

The Neurointerventional Business continued to deliver strong earnings growth during the year. Segment profit increased by 86.6% year on year to RMB97.2 million, while segment profit margin improved to 23.0%. The significant profit expansion was driven by continued revenue growth, disciplined cost management and improved operating efficiency, indicating that operating leverage is increasingly being realized as the business scales.

The segment also achieved a key milestone in its globalization strategy. In March 2026, DCwire® received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, marking the Group’s first regulatory approval in the United States. This milestone validates the competitiveness of the Group’s products and establishes a foundation for further expansion into global markets.

TAVR Business: Leadership Reinforced with Expansion into New Indications

The Group maintained its leading position in China’s TAVR market and continued to expand its commercialization footprint. During the year, revenue from TAVR-related products increased by 11.6% year on year to RMB290.1 million. Total implant volume reached approximately 3,900 units, up 14.4% year on year, while the Group’s products were adopted by more than 780 hospitals, including approximately 130 newly added hospitals during the year.

The Group’s Taurus product family continued to gain strong clinical recognition in the treatment of aortic stenosis, supported by a comprehensive portfolio spanning core and premium offerings. At the same time, the approval of TaurusTrio® (the Group’s localized product licensed from the JenaValve TrilogyTM THV System for Greater China) in December 2025 for the treatment of symptomatic, severe aortic regurgitation marked a major strategic milestone. This approval expands the Group’s valve platform from a single-indication focus to a broader multi-indication platform, opening new growth opportunities and strengthening its long-term competitive positioning.

Pipeline Momentum and Multiple Near-Term Catalysts

The Group continued to make steady progress across its pipeline, supporting the next phase of growth. In China, registration applications were submitted for TaurusNXT®, the Group’s next-generation durability-enhanced TAVR product, and GeminiOne®, its transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) system. Patient enrollment for the registration clinical trial of HighLife®, the Group’s licensed-in trans-septal mitral valve replacement system continued to accelerate, while ReachTact®, the Group’s robotic-assisted TAVR system, entered registration clinical trial phase.

Globally, GeminiOne® has been submitted for EU MDR CE Mark registration, while other pipeline programs continue to advance through clinical development.

As of the end of 2025, seven of the Group’s transcatheter valve therapeutic products had been included in the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) Innovative Medical Device Special Review Procedure, ranking first in the industry and highlighting the Group’s strong innovation capabilities.

Management Commentary

Dr. Yi Zhang, Chairman and CEO of Peijia Medical, commented:

“2025 was a year of steady progress and strengthening fundamentals for Peijia. Our Transcatheter Valve Therapeutic Business continued to expand its commercialization platform and growth potential, while our Neurointerventional Business delivered accelerated profit growth and is becoming an increasily important contributor to the Group’s earnings.

Looking ahead to 2026, we see both new opportunities and higher expectations. We will remain focused on disciplined execution, continuous innovation and long-term value creation as we advance into the next stage of growth.”

Note:

[1] Future Technology Business, established in 2024 and spun off from the Transcatheter Valve Therapeutic Business, focuses on developing globally leading therapies for valvular heart diseases. It currently includes three pipeline products: the Lithotripsy Valvuloplasty System, MonarQ TTVR® System, and ReachTact® TAVR Assistance System. Each project is operated by dedicated teams and advanced through specialized subsidiaries with operational and financing autonomy.

Air Premia currently operates long-haul routes from Incheon to major U.S. destinations, including Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Honolulu, and Washington, D.C. (planned), as well as regional routes across Asia, including Narita, Bangkok, Da Nang, and Hong Kong.

Thai Airways, the largest full-service carrier in Thailand, operates eight domestic routes and 54 international routes across Asia, Europe, and Oceania from its hub at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport. It is also a founding member of the Star Alliance, the world’s largest airline alliance.

Through this interline partnership, Air Premia’s Americas routes will be connected to Thai Airways’ extensive network, including key domestic destinations in Thailand such as Phuket and Chiang Mai, as well as major cities across Southeast Asia—including Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jakarta, and Hanoi—and India, including New Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai.

On the Incheon–Bangkok route, both airlines operate services, with Thai Airways offering three daily flights. This increased frequency is expected to provide greater flexibility and more options for passengers, further supporting the growth of transit demand to the Americas.

“Through this interline partnership with Thai Airways, a Star Alliance member, we expect to expand transit demand from Southeast Asia and India to the Americas,” said an Air Premia official. “We will continue to broaden travel options for our customers by strengthening cooperation with various airline partners.”
