Student Recruitment Online Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment
- Develop and execute targeted digital strategies to attract and engage prospective students.
- Engage with prospective students and families through:
- Online information sessions and webinars.
- Virtual tours and live Q&A sessions.
- Personalised email campaigns tailored to different demographics.
- Build and maintain relationships with international and domestic prospective students and their families via online platforms.
- Coordinate online recruitment events such as virtual open days, webinars, and live chats to showcase the school’s offerings.
- Monitor and analyse prospective student data to identify trends and optimise recruitment strategies.
Online Marketing Strategy
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:
- Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WeChat).
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
- Email marketing and newsletters.
- Content marketing through blogs, articles, and videos production.
- Virtual recruitment events, school fairs
- Optimise the school’s website for user experience, functionality, and search engine visibility (SEO).
- Regularly update the school website with fresh content, including news, events, and programme highlights, to maintain engagement and relevance.
- Develop and maintain consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and visually appealing online materials.
- Create and curate high-quality content, including videos, graphics, and written materials, to support marketing and recruitment efforts.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems, reporting on key performance metrics.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and target demographics for online marketing efforts.
- Analyze the performance of online campaigns and recommend improvements to optimize results.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and best practices in student recruitment and online marketing.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the Admissions Team to align online marketing efforts with enrollment goals.
- Collaborate with the Offline Marketing and Student Recruitment Teams to ensure a cohesive approach across all marketing and recruitment activities.
- Liaise with the Academic and Leadership Teams to highlight the school’s unique programmes and achievements in online campaigns.
- Partner with external vendors and agencies for specialised digital marketing campaigns when necessary.
Performance Metrics
- Increase website traffic and online engagement rates year-over-year (e.g., [X]% growth).
- Improve lead generation and conversion rates from digital campaigns.
- Achieve [X]% growth in student enrolments through online marketing efforts.
- Boost social media following and engagement rates across platforms.
- Enhance email open and click-through rates for targeted campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, student recruitment, or a related field (preferably in an educational setting).
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with CRM systems for lead tracking and nurturing.
- Proven skills in content creation, including writing, video production, and graphic design.
