Great Place To Work® unveils the first Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia list, with Singapore’s Capella Hotelsearning a place in the top three

  • Three Singapore-headquartered companies were recognized for workplace culture in the inaugural 2025 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia list.
  • Over 1.3 million employees from ten countries were invited to share their views.
  • Placing third overall, Capella Hotels & Resorts are helping grow Singapore’s reputation for excellence in both hospitality and employee wellbeing.

SINGAPORE, Dec. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Singaporean employers have featured prominently on the prestigious, inaugural Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia list, published today Fortune in collaboration with Great Place To Work® ASEAN & ANZ.

The Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list – first published in the US in 1998 – has long been one of the most recognised workplace benchmarks in North America. This year marks a major expansion of that legacy into Southeast Asia. More than 1.3 million employees across ten markets were invited to assess trust, fairness and support at work, with over 550,000 verified survey responses shaping the inaugural regional rankings.

Evelyn Kwek, Managing Director of Great Place To Work ASEAN & ANZ, said the list reflects a region-wide commitment to strengthening workplace culture.

“For decades, the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For List defined the gold standard for great workplaces in the US. Following the list’s global expansion – with the launch of the inaugural Europe list in 2024 – Southeast Asia now joins this international standard of excellence. This first-ever list reflects a diverse and dynamic region that is coming into its own by recognizing organizations that have intentionally built environments where people feel trusted and supported to do their best work. The decades of research and millions of employee voices collected in our data has shown that when that trust is strong, businesses grow in ways that lift up people, communities, and entire economies.”

The Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia list is the region’s most comprehensive measure of the employee experience, based on Great Place To Work’s proprietary Trust Index™ Survey. Rankings are driven primarily by confidential employee feedback, with company-provided information used to confirm basic eligibility and context. Only companies with consistently high survey responses from employees, regardless of their role, department, or status in the company, can secure a placement on the list.

Leaders Dental Accelerates Global Expansion With AI-CAD and 3D Printing-Based Surgical Guides

SEOUL, South Korea, Dec. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Leaders Dental Laboratory (branded globally as LEADERS DENTAL), a leading digital dental laboratory in Korea, is rapidly strengthening its presence in the global digital dentistry market with its flagship product, the surgical guide. Backed by recent export achievements in five countries—including the United Kingdom, Japan, and Taiwan—the company is expanding exports of its integrated digital solution packages to align with the global shift from single implant components to fully systemized workflows.

LEADERS DENTAL operates a large-scale digital manufacturing facility spanning over 300 pyeong, equipped with industrial-grade 3D printers, milling machines, and advanced digital production lines. Reeracoen Report Reveals 9 in 10 Malaysians Are Open to New Jobs Amid Slow Hiring, Low Bonuses and Rising Pay Pressures

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Dec. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Reeracoen Malaysia, a leading provider of human resource services, has reported rising labour mobility in 2025, with the Malaysia Job Market Insights 2025 report finding that nine in ten Malaysians are now open to changing jobs due to slow hiring processes, shrinking bonuses and higher salary expectations.

Kenji Naito, Group CEO of Reeracoen
Kenji Naito, Group CEO of Reeracoen

The report reveals that 92% of Malaysian professionals are considering a job switch. Furthermore, 76% are actively seeking new opportunities, doing so weekly or even daily. Only 9% report not looking at all, highlighting strong mobility within the labour force. This trend is especially evident in Malaysia’s manufacturing, electronics, and services sectors, where competition for skilled talent is rapidly intensifying.

A combination of slower hiring processes, modest salary increments, and rising living costs is pushing more workers to explore alternative roles. Jobseekers cite slow employer response times as their top frustration, with 54% pointing to protracted communication as a significant barrier. Another 40% say long or complicated application procedures discourage them from applying.

Furthermore, the survey has found that interview delays directly increase cancellation rates. When interviews are scheduled within three days, 9% of candidates withdraw their applications. This rises to 18% when scheduled within three to seven days, and jumps to 26% when employers take more than seven days to schedule the interview. Experts note that companies responding within 48–72 hours tend to see significantly higher acceptance rates.

Over the past year, 45% of employees received pay increases ranging from 0.1% to 4.9%, while 22% received no pay raise at all. Bonuses remain modest, with 38% receiving less than one month’s bonus and only 17% receiving two months or more. These figures suggest growing tension between pay expectations and what employers can currently offer. With rising living costs and ongoing inflationary pressures, many professionals feel their salaries are not keeping pace, which further intensifies job-switching behaviour.

“Across Asia, job markets are shifting toward speed, transparency and efficiency. In Malaysia, we see a clear gap between how quickly candidates make decisions and how slowly many companies still hire. Organisations that adapt their talent strategies now will be the ones who win in the next stage of Malaysia’s economic growth,” said Kenji Naito, Group CEO, Reeracoen Group.

As job seekers consider more options and competition for talent intensifies, agencies continue to play an essential role in helping employers reach the right candidates. Although online job platforms are widely used, 48% of workers still work with recruitment firms. Reeracoen’s data finds that 70% of successful placements come from passive candidates, showing that agencies give employers access to talent beyond active applicant pools.

Reeracoen Malaysia engages with thousands of jobseekers and employers each month, giving the company real-time insight into workforce trends and hiring behaviours across key industries. “Malaysia’s job seekers are extremely active and selective today. Slow response times or unclear processes can cause companies to lose good candidates very quickly. Employers who move fast, communicate clearly and offer competitive rewards will have a strong advantage in 2025,” added Yohei Yagi, Country Manager, Reeracoen Malaysia.

Reeracoen Malaysia remains committed to supporting both businesses and job seekers during this period of transformation, offering timely insights and trusted recruitment solutions tailored to the evolving workforce needs.

Ziwig Endotest®: Scientific Validation Published in NEJM Evidence

LYON, France, Dec. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — NEJM Evidence, a journal of the New England Journal of Medicine Group, has published an article titled “Validation of a Saliva microRNA Signature for Endometriosis,” dedicated to the saliva-based diagnostic test developed by Ziwig.

The publication reports the results of a prospective, independent, multicenter clinical study conducted in France. The study enrolled 971 symptomatic women aged 18 to 43 years across 17 public and private hospitals.

High-performance saliva-based diagnosis

The Ziwig Endotest® was evaluated through the analysis of 109 salivary microRNAs, combining next-generation sequencing (NGS) with artificial intelligence. Diagnostic interpretations were performed blindly, without prior knowledge of the patients’ clinical status, ensuring full methodological independence and robustness.

The NEJM Evidence publication highlights exceptional diagnostic performance:

  • Sensitivity: 97.3%
  • Specificity: 94.1%
  • Overall accuracy: 96.6%
  • Positive predictive value: 98.2%
  • Negative predictive value: 91.3%

These results show that more than 96 out of 100 women receive an accurate diagnostic result with Ziwig Endotest®. Performance remained consistent across all subgroups, regardless of hormonal treatment, analgesic use, inclusion site, or sequencing conditions, confirming the reliability and reproducibility of the test in real-world settings.

Now available for routine prescription in clinical practice

Within the framework of the French national early access program for breakthrough technologies (Forfait Innovation), Ziwig Endotest® is now reimbursed and available on medical prescription in 100 hospitals across France.

It is indicated for women aged 18 to 43 years with chronic pelvic pain suggestive of endometriosis, when imaging results are normal or inconclusive. The test can be prescribed outside any research study, providing women with rapid, non-invasive, and accurate access to diagnosis.

A major advance for women’s health

Endometriosis affects around 10% of women of reproductive age, with diagnostic delays often exceeding seven years. The validation and clinical deployment of Ziwig Endotest® mark a major step forward toward earlier, simpler, and more equitable diagnosis.

This publication in NEJM Evidence is a major step forward for science and for women affected by endometriosis. We are deeply grateful to all the women, hospitals, and healthcare professionals whose commitment and support have been essential in bringing this innovation to patients,” said Yahya El Mir, Founder and President of Ziwig.

New Zealand Police Use Appian for Case Processing

WELLINGTON, New Zealand, Dec. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Appian (Nasdaq: APPN), a leading platform for AI-powered process automation, today announced that New Zealand Police is using the Appian Platform to reshape how New Zealand Police approaches case management. Promising results indicate using the Appian Platform has reduced turnaround from up to two weeks to just four hours.

Results indicate using the Appian Platform has reduced turnaround from up to two weeks to just four hours.
Results indicate using the Appian Platform has reduced turnaround from up to two weeks to just four hours.

Solving operational inefficiencies

Before adopting the Appian Platform, case workflows were managed independently across three regional units using Microsoft Outlook. This setup created duplication and limited collaboration across the 12 policing districts.

“Our file management was inconsistent, and we identified that technology could streamline our process and support us to work more efficiently,” said Superintendent Blair Macdonald, Director of Service Group at New Zealand Police.

The Frontline File Management Team manually triaged all cases, identified priority matters, to then route it to the correct Police District. This process was time consuming.

Streamlined case management nationwide

Built on the Appian Platform, the new system centralises all incoming emails and case data, automating workflows and enabling nationwide access. It surfaces the correct case assignment rule based on offence code, location, and keywords. It is also possible to match this work to appropriately trained staff.

Since deployment, case backlogs have dropped from 4,000 to under 50 during most shifts. Staff can now collaborate in real time, regardless of location, and respond to public enquiries faster and more accurately.

“We are delivering a far superior service to the public,” Macdonald said. “Because we are clearing the queue faster, we can redeploy staff to higher value work and reduce follow-up requests from the public by keeping them informed earlier.”

Empowering staff and enhancing decision making

The transformation has shifted staff away from administrative overload toward meaningful case assessment.

“We are evolving staff roles by removing repetitive admin and giving them time to focus on what matters: understanding the file and helping the member of the public on the other end.”

“It was difficult for us to understand our demand. Now, we have analytics that support intentional decision making and allow us to deploy our staff where they are needed most,” Macdonald said.

Supporting New Zealand’s public safety vision

New Zealand Police believe using technology is an important part of modern policing. This success supports New Zealand Police’s goal of making New Zealand the safest country in the world.

“I look forward to the Service Group continuing to evolve through technology, ensuring we offer the best experience for our communities,” concluded Macdonald.

Clarifai Selected Inference Provider for Arcee AI’s New Trinity Family of U.S.-Built Open-Weight Models

Clarifai and Arcee will work together to build and deploy U.S. open-source AI and LLMs alongside the world’s most advanced efforts

WASHINGTON, Dec. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Clarifai, a global leader in AI and pioneer of the full-stack AI platform, today announced a new partnership with Arcee AI to serve as the primary launch partner and hosting provider for Trinity, Arcee’s new family of open-weight foundation models. The collaboration not only accelerates Arcee’s launch but also demonstrates a repeatable blueprint for other model labs looking to bring their home-trained or open-weight models to market quickly and efficiently.

The Trinity models—Trinity Nano (6B) and Trinity Mini (26B)—are now fully available through Clarifai’s Compute Orchestration platform, giving developers, startups, and enterprises immediate access to high-efficiency, U.S.-built open-weight LLMs served through an OpenAI-compatible API. A larger third Trinity model is currently in development.

This marks a major milestone in the open-weight ecosystem: a U.S. model lab focused on performance-per-parameter partnering with a U.S. infrastructure platform known for delivering high-throughput, low-cost inference at scale.

“Arcee AI is demonstrating what’s possible with efficient, open-weight U.S. models, and we’re proud to bring their Trinity family to production through Clarifai’s Compute Orchestration platform. This launch reflects exactly what our infrastructure is designed for—making it fast, reliable, and cost-effective for model builders to deploy their own custom or open-weight LLMs without having to stand up their own inference stack,” said Matt Zeiler, Founder and CEO, Clarifai. “As more teams develop specialized models, Clarifai will continue to be the platform with the best price-performance, that brings those models from research environments to real-world scale.”

Bringing Arcee’s Efficient, Open-Weight Models to Production

Arcee AI, an American open-intelligence lab, is committed to accelerating the frontier of open-weight models in the U.S. The newly announced Trinity models reflect this mission:

  • Trinity Nano (6B / 1B active) — optimized for real-time, on-device, and embedded AI
  • Trinity Mini (26B / 3B active) — tuned for multi-step agent workflows, robust function calling, and long-context use cases

Both models share:

  • 128K context windows for extended multi-turn reasoning
  • Efficient attention mechanisms to reduce memory and compute loads
  • High inference efficiency with strong price-performance characteristics

“With the launch of Trinity, we’re showing that frontier models can be built quickly, with efficient capital, and still perform at the highest level,” said Mark McQuade, CEO, Arcee AI. “In just six months, we’ve trained three open-weight models with each release increasing in effectiveness. By partnering with Clarifai, the leader in compute orchestration, the pace of collaborative research will continue to accelerate and help us create the next great frontier and foundational models.”

Production-Grade Inference, Lower Costs

By launching Trinity on Clarifai, Arcee AI gains a hardened, cost-efficient inference layer purpose-built for custom and open-weight models.

Clarifai’s Compute Orchestration platform provides:

  • Autoscaling, GPU fractioning, and spot-aware scheduling for lower operational costs
  • Kernel-level performance optimizations for high throughput and low latency
  • Hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-prem flexibility
  • Global availability with enterprise-grade reliability
  • OpenAI-compatible endpoints for drop-in integration

Arcee AI’s Trinity Nano and Trinity Mini models are available now on Clarifai, with full Playground access, API integration, and immediate compatibility with OpenAI-spec clients, agentic frameworks, and MCP tools.
