PM Thongloun Delivers United Nations General Assembly Speech

23 Sep 2016 – Thongloun Sisoulith, Prime Minister of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, addresses the general debate of the 71st Session of the General Assembly of the UN (New York City, 20-26 September 2016).

This is the Mr. Sisoulith’s first UNGA speech at the UN as Prime Minister.
