Singapore Awards ASEAN Scholarships to Two Lao Students

The Singapore Government as awarded ASEAN Scholarships to Mr. Syvanonh Boualaphanh and Ms Soulinthong Sanyadeng to pursue upper secondary and pre-university studies in Singapore.  They will leave for Singapore on 31 October 2016.
