Fuel Prices Rise Again

This Week

The Ministry of Industry and Commerce on Tuesday announced that fuel prices would rise across the country as from yesterday.

In Vientiane the cost of premium grade petrol will rise from 8,350 kip to 8,500 a litre, regular petrol will increase in price from 7,350 kip to 7,500 kip a litre, and diesel will go up from 6,210 kip to 6,460 kip a litre.

In Phongsaly province, petrol will rise in price from 8,080 kip to 8,230 kip a litre, while diesel will increase from 6,940 kip to 7,190 kip a litre.

In LuangNamtha province, petrol will increase from 7,710 kip to 7,860 kip a litre and diesel will go up from 6,570 kip to 6,820 kip a litre.

In Oudomxay province, petrol will increase in price from 7,800 kip to 7,950 kip a litre and diesel will rise from 6,660 kip to 6,910 kip a litre.

In Bokeo province, the price of premium grade petrol will increase from 8,450 kip to 8,600 kip, while regular petrol will go up from 7, 450 kip to 7,600 kip a litre. Diesel will rise from 6,310 kip to 6,560 kip a litre.

In LuangPrabang province, premium grade petrol will rise from 8,810 kip to 8,960 kip a litre, regular petrol from 7, 810 kip to 7,960 kip, and diesel from 6, 670 kip to 6,920 kip a litre.

In Huaphan and Xayaboury provinces, petrol will rise in price from 7,750 kip to 7,900 kip and diesel will jump from 6,610 kip to 6,860 kip a litre.

In XiengKhuang province, petrol will rise from 7,540 kip to 7,690 kip and diesel from 6,400 kip to 6,650 kip a litre.

In Vientiane province, premium grade petrol will go up from 8,350 kip to 8,500 kip a litre, regular petrol will rise from 7,350 kip to 7,500 kip, and diesel will increase from 6,210 kip to 6,460 kip a litre.

In Borikhamxay province, petrol will increase from 7,470 kip to 7,620 kip and diesel from 6,330 kip to 6,580 kip a litre.

In Khammuan and Savannakhet provinces, premium petrol will rise in price from 8,380 kip to 8,530 kip, regular petrol from 7,380 kip to 7,530 kip, and diesel from 6, 240 kip to 6,490 kip a litre.

In Xekong, Attapeu, and Xaysomboun provinces, petrol will increase from 7,590 kip to 7,740 kip and diesel from 6,450 kip to 6,700 kip a litre.

In Champassak province, premium petrol will rise in price from 8, 410 kip to 8,560 kip, regular petrol from 7,410 kip to 7,560 kip, and diesel from 6,270 kip to 6,520 kip a litre.
