Flight attendants from Thai Airways have been issued a one-month suspension and pay cuts for not collecting food trays from customers until landing.
Bangkok Post reports that the incident took place on a flight from Singapore to Bangkok. When the flight landed in Bangkok, the unsecured trays and utensils went scattering due to the impact.
A viral video documenting the incident on TikTok has led to an investigation into the cabin crew on board.

Thai Airways issued a statement on Tuesday saying that the flight attendants on the route failed to perform their responsibilities and were penalized under company regulations.
The crew members were warned against repeating the incident and they also have to undergo intensive security training before they could return to duty again.
The company also issued an apology for any inconvenience caused due to the incident in their statement.
