ProPak Asia, Asia’s largest international trade exhibition for processing and packaging technology, is gearing up for its most ambitious edition yet, opening under the theme “New Horizons: Connecting Processing & Packaging Ecosystems, Empowering Sustainability.”
The 2026 edition is set to run 10 to 13 June at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani in Bangkok, Thailand, and is open exclusively to trade professionals via online registration and e-ticketing.
A Bigger Stage for a Growing Industry
Informa Markets will organize the show, and the 2026 edition marks a significant leap forward. The exhibition floor will expand to over 70,000 square meters, roughly 30 percent larger than previous years, with more than 2,500 brands from 45 countries bringing over 18,000 machinery and technology exhibits.
15 international pavilions representing Australia, China, France, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, North America, and more will further strengthen the event’s global reach.

A Regional Media Preview
Ahead of the June show, ProPak Asia brought together journalists from Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and India for a Media Familiarization Trip in Bangkok from 4 to 6 March.
The delegation toured KW Global Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., observing modern manufacturing systems and technological applications driving today’s food processing industry, a compelling preview of the innovation that will be on display in June.
Central to the three-day visit, the group inspected the IMPACT venue and met with the ProPak Asia management team for a briefing on the show’s highlights.
Nine Zones, One Ecosystem
The exhibition will span nine dedicated industry zones covering the full value chain, ProcessingTechAsia, DrinkTechAsia, PharmaTechAsia, PackagingTechAsia, Lab&TestAsia, Coding Marking & LabellingAsia, Coldchain Logistics Warehousing & FactoryAsia, Packaging SolutionsAsia, and the newly launched DigitalizationAsia zone, which will spotlight AI-driven robotics, machine vision, smart factory systems, and IoT solutions.
Decision-Makers at the Core
The previous edition drew 72,964 attendees from 76 countries, with the Philippines, China, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, Cambodia, India, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Indonesia leading visitor numbers.
Corporate decision-makers, owners, CEOs, and general managers made up 25 percent of attendees, reinforcing the event’s reputation as a serious business platform. Packaging Technology and Processing Technology topped visitor interests, reflecting where regional investment is heading.
Alongside the exhibition floor, ProPak Asia 2026 will host conferences, seminars, and networking sessions with more than 100 expert speakers, plus dedicated stages including ProPak Gourmet, ProPak Drinksphere, and the Future Food Corner.
