ZYT has partnered with three major Chinese OEMs — XCMG, SHACMAN, and SINOTRUK — to bring the first ZYT-powered heavy trucks to mass production in the first half of 2026. Beyond highway transport, ZYT is extending its intelligent driving capabilities to broader automated scenarios. In early 2026, the company will co-develop unmanned logistics vehicles with leading industry players, targeting automated transport in ports, industrial parks, and mines.

Leveraging Transferable Architecture for Peak Performance

ZYT is porting its mature, full-stack “Perception-Decision-Control” technology from passenger cars to commercial vehicle applications. To address the unique dynamics and operational environments of heavy-duty transport, the company remains committed to its “Stay Passionate” engineering philosophy — extracting peak performance from constrained hardware resources.

The heavy-duty truck intelligent driving system features ZYT’s proprietary 1L3R7V sensor suite, powered by an SA8650 domain controller delivering 100 TOPS of computing power. At its core is ZYT’s self-developed End-to-End model. Optimized for heavy-truck scenarios, the system enables Navigation on Highway (NOA), driving assistance, and active safety features across a full speed range of 0–110 km/h. Project Description

Nestled within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve in Singapore, Bird Paradise opened in March 2023, home to 3,500 birds from 400 species, of which a quarter are threatened. Visitors are welcomed into large walk-through aviaries that reflect different biomes from around the world – from dense African rainforests to South American wetlands, Southeast Asian paddy fields and Australian dry eucalypt forests. Other unique experiences include a state-of-the-art penguin exhibit and animal programmes at a 2,000-seater amphitheatre.

Project Description

The SIT Punggol Campus is a sustainable and collaborative development, featuring a porous, interconnected layout centred around courtyards that foster learning and community interaction. The campus’s design integrates green terraces to enhance the microclimate and uses its courtyards as rainwater detention zones, reinforcing a sustainable ethos. Demonstrating exceptional energy efficiency, SIT’s two Smart Living Environment (SLE) buildings are among Singapore’s most energy-efficient structures, aiming for at least 40% energy savings.

A notable feature is the canteen, which utilises Mass Engineered Timber (MET) and supports a roof made up of Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) panels. Furthermore, SIT’s comprehensive water management framework allows for the annual harvesting of non-drinking water equivalent to filling 34 Olympic-size swimming pools. To ensure reliable, green energy, SIT partnered with SP Group to build Southeast Asia’s first Multi-Energy Microgrid (MEMG), featuring approximately 10,000㎡ of photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, generating enough electricity to power 1,000 four-room flats per year.

China Matters’ Feature: How Does A Smart Greenhouse Make a Difference in Xinjiang

URUMQI, China, Jan. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — In Xinjiang, there is a smart greenhouse that covers an area of 9,000 square meters. Built in 2008, it was once the largest standalone facility of its kind in the region. Today, it has been divided into three parts. The 3,000-square-meter tropical plant zone houses hundreds of tropical plant species that were moved from the south to the north. It serves as the only Class-A practice education base in Xinjiang, receiving over 50,000 visits of students annually for science education and research activities.

By shifting from low-value leafy vegetables to flowers, the annual income of each greenhouse has multiplied, significantly improving livelyhood of workers and employment for local residents. The transformation enables local families to be locally employed without having to leave their hometown with growth of income. Besides, it helps these greenhouses become the bases for science education.

This transformation goes far beyond economic interests. It represents a model of sustainable development that integrates ecological awareness with community prosperity. By combining knowledge spreading, technological application, and market innovation, the project has injected new vitality into local development. HANGZHOU, China and BERLIN, Jan. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Zylox-Tonbridge (HKEX:2190), a Hong Kong-listed medical technology company focused on neuro-and peripheral vascular interventional products and solutions, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a Germany-based medical technology company, Optimed Medizinische Instrumente GmbH (“Optimed”), specializing in research and development, production and distribution of medical devices for minimally invasive therapy worldwide, in multiple steps. Under the terms of the agreement, Zylox-Tonbridge has the option to acquire the entire equity interest in Optimed from its existing shareholders.
