DeskIn Redefines Remote Creation: Powering Borderless Design & Creative Production in the AI Era

SINGAPORE, Jan. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — From graphic design and 3D modeling to 4K video editing and animation rendering, DeskIn enables a truly seamless cross-device workflow for creative professionals.

As hybrid work and global collaboration become the norm, creative teams face mounting friction. Designers need real-time client feedback but struggle with file transfer delays. Video editors juggle massive assets across devices. 3D artists rely on high-performance workstations that tether them to a single location.

Traditional remote solutions have consistently fallen short–introducing compressed visuals, inaccurate color, audio-video desynchronization, and limited support for professional peripherals. These compromises undermine the core requirements of creative work: visual fidelity, real-time interaction, and flexible access to computing resources.

DeskIn remote design solution for all designing and creative production works
DeskIn remote design solution for all designing and creative production works

Developed by Singapore-based Zuler Technology Pte Ltd, DeskIn addresses these challenges head-on. By integrating eight core technologies, DeskIn creates a professional-grade remote creation environment built specifically for modern creative workflows.

Eight Core Technologies Designed for Creative Professionals

1. True Color 4:4:4 Visual Transmission
Lossless color transmission preserves full Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 wide-gamut data to meet the demands of professional color grading, retouching, and print-ready workflows.

2. Ultra-Smooth, Low-Latency Control
Keyboard, mouse, and stylus input latency below 40ms delivers immediate feedback and fluid control—critical for animation, video editing, and precision design work.

3. Seamless Cross-Platform Connectivity
Connect effortlessly across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, eliminating OS barriers and enabling truly flexible device workflows.

4. Adaptive Quality and Frame-Rate Optimization
DeskIn dynamically adjusts resolution (up to 4K) and frame rate (up to 240FPS) based on task requirements–balancing visual clarity with smooth interaction.

5. Integrated Real-Time Collaboration Features
Built-in screen annotation, synchronized cursors, voice calls, and text chat create a review experience that feels as immediate as working side by side.

6. Comprehensive Professional Peripheral Support
Plug-and-play compatibility with Wacom tablets, professional microphones, and cameras—no driver troubleshooting, no workflow disruption.

7. Intelligent Screen Management

  • Screen Extension: Turn tablets, smartphones, or spare laptops into additional displays for your main computer, instantly expanding your workspace.
  • Screen Mirroring: Creative output can also be mirrored in real time–with flexible support for one-to-one or one-to-many mirroring–allowing designers to share work with a single reviewer or multiple stakeholders in different locations for live feedback and approvals.
  • Virtual Multi-Screen Deployment: Create up to three virtual extended screens for the remote (controlled) devices–even if it has only a single physical monitor. This allows creators to work in true multi-screen layouts locally, regardless of the host device’s hardware limitations.
  • Multi-Screen Viewing and Layout Management: View multiple remote screens simultaneously as independent windows (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Figma) and switch between optimized creative layouts with a single click for faster, more efficient workflows.

8. Lossless High-Speed File Transfer
DeskIn enables direct, cross-system file transfer in original formats: no compression, no conversion, no quality loss. This ensures creative teams can move assets quickly and reliably, without breaking workflows or compromising quality.

  • Transfer speeds up to 12MB/s with resume support for interrupted uploads.
  • No limits on file quantity, format, or size.
  • Batch-sync large design assets, video projects, and massive 3D resource libraries with ease.

By combining these eight core capabilities, DeskIn delivers a fully integrated, high-performance, and location-independent collaboration engine for designers, video editors, animators, and cross-media creative teams—freeing creativity from the constraints of devices and geography.

HALO LAUNCHES “ARR MILESTONES” — CUSTOMER PRICING REDUCES AS COMPANY GROWS

Privately owned, product-led enterprise software vendor to apply public, company-level ARR thresholds that unlock global license discounts for customers on standard pricing; launches at ∼£100m ARR with a 5% reduction, compounding at every milestone.

LONDON, Jan. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Halo today announced ARR Milestones, an industry-first pricing programme that turns company growth into direct customer savings. When Halo’s company Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reaches a published milestone, Halo will apply a global license discount for customers on standard pricing. The programme launches at approximately £100 million ARR with a 5% license reduction and will compound by 5% at each future milestone, including £250m, £500m, £750m and £1bn. Halo also confirms there are no planned price increases in the near future.

Paul explains HALO’s new ARR Milestones, a world-first, designed to help customers benefit from company growth by receiving price reductions at each milestone.

Halo says ARR Milestones is made possible by a different business model. As a privately owned, product-led company, Halo does not carry the public-market overheads many vendors do. The business purposefully keeps marketing and sales costs low, avoids inflated city rents and costly travel, and invests in engineering and product instead. Combined with strategic engineering partnerships, notably deep cloud collaboration with AWS, these efficiencies let Halo deliver high standards at materially lower cost and pass a portion of that benefit back to customers.

“As a privately owned, product-led business we are in a position like no one else to do this.” said Paul Hamilton, Founder & CEO, Halo. “We don’t need to worry about shareholder payouts, dizzying marketing spend or expensive city overheads. We focus on product, engineering and long-term outcomes. This lets us provide superior service at a fraction of the price, and, critically, to share the upside with the teams who helped us get there. ARR Milestones formalises our promise.”

Halo says the programme is intentionally disruptive, designed to expose and fix a broken pricing model in enterprise software. “Customers tell us they’re tired of opaque pricing, falling standards, and rising renewals that aren’t tied to real value,” Hamilton added. “ARR Milestones rewards customers as Halo succeeds, raises expectations across the industry and proves that high standards and low total cost of ownership can coexist.”

Halo expects ARR Milestones to deliver both immediate and structural value: a visible ladder of savings customers can plan around and a market proof point that better standards and lower costs are compatible.

About Halo

Halo is a privately owned, product-led provider of enterprise service management. The company focuses on modern architecture, fast time-to-value and all-inclusive commercial models that include AI capabilities. Halo’s approach emphasises engineering efficiency, partner alignment and predictable total cost of ownership. Celltrion presents innovative drug pipeline and U.S. manufacturing and R&D expansion strategy at the 44th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference

  • Celltrion outlines a blueprint for innovative drug development built on its antibody expertise
  • The company highlights its business strategy to scale U.S. manufacturing and R&D capabilities, strengthening its global supply chain, production and operations

INCHEON, South Korea, Jan. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Celltrion, Inc. (068270.KS), a leading global biopharmaceutical company, today presented key strategic priorities and clinical development updates for its innovative drug pipelines including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and multi-specific antibodies (msAbs) at the 44th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, California. The company also highlighted plans to expand its manufacturing and R&D capabilities to support long-term growth, enhance supply resilience and reinforce its long-term commitment to the U.S. market.

The presentation, composed of two sections— ‘From Biosimilar Excellence to Next-Gen Innovative Therapeutics’ and ‘Scaling Our U.S. Presence with a Next-Gen Manufacturing and R&D Hub’—was delivered on the conference’s Main Track. Celltrion’s Chief Executive Officer Jin-Seok Seo and Senior Executive Vice President Hyuk-Jae Lee outlined the company’s innovative drug pipeline, with plans to submit up to 16 investigational new drug (IND) applications by 2028, including up to 10 ADCs, 4 msAbs, 1 recombinant protein, and 1 peptide. In its biosimilar business, Celltrion aims to commercialize up to 18 products by 2030 and 41 products by 2038.

The company’s ADC candidates are designed to target solid tumor cancers; with IND applications for CT-P70, CT-P71 and CT-P73 accepted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2025. CT-P70, a novel ADC candidate being developed for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), recently received Fast Track designation from the U.S. FDA, enabling expedited interactions throughout the development process and the potential for accelerated regulatory review.

Celltrion is advancing a portfolio of msAbs that are designed to selectively target cancer cells or are activated only under specific conditions. Celltrion received an IND approval from the U.S. FDA for CT-P72, a tetravalent bispecific antibody being developed to target human epithelial growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) and cluster of differentiation 3 (CD3).

“We have made significant progress and see compelling opportunities ahead. Building on our company’s global footprint in biosimilar excellence, Celltrion is accelerating its transition toward next-generation innovative therapeutics,” said Jin-Seok Seo, Chief Executive Officer at Celltrion. “Our expanding pipeline of ADCs and msAbs, grounded in deep antibody expertise, underscores our commitment to delivering meaningful value to patients worldwide. We aim to redefine the standard of care in oncology and beyond, while creating long-term sustainable value through scientific excellence and bold innovation.”

To reinforce the company’s U.S. manufacturing capabilities, Celltrion recently completed the strategic acquisition of a former Eli Lilly manufacturing facility located in Branchburg, New Jersey, securing 66,000L of drug substance (DS) capacity.  The company plans to sequentially increase capacity to a total of 132,000L by 2030, while also extending its capabilities to include drug product (DP) facilities. Through this acquisition, Celltrion plans to ensure long-term supply chain resilience eliminating the tariff and trade risks, ultimately strengthening its competitiveness in the U.S. market.

“The acquisition of the U.S. manufacturing facility represents a pivotal step in strengthening our global supply chain and solidifying our presence in the U.S. market,” said Hyuk-Jae Lee, Senior Executive Vice President at Celltrion. “By securing large-scale DS capacity in the U.S., we are enhancing supply stability, mitigating trade and tariff risks, and establishing a solid foundation for expanded R&D collaboration and innovation in the region.”

UOB Asset Management Forecasts Stronger Growth as Headwinds Recede in 2026

SINGAPORE, Jan. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — UOB Asset Management (UOBAM) has released its 1Q 2026 Quarterly Investment Strategy, signalling a more constructive investment environment as fiscal and monetary tailwinds strengthen and corporate fundamentals remain robust.

According to the report, global markets delivered strong returns in 2025 despite tariff-related headwinds, and data trends indicate that the initial negative effects of trade conflicts have largely receded. Entering 2026, UOBAM expects economic risks to ease, supported by fiscal incentives, interest rate cuts in the US, and robust AI-driven investments. Corporate earnings are also projected to rise at double-digit rates across major regions, led by Asia at 18 percent.

For the first quarter, UOBAM is therefore tilting slightly overweight towards equities, particularly in Asia and the US, while maintaining diversification across fixed income and commodities. Anthony Raza, Head of UOBAM Multi-Asset Strategy, said “While the music is playing, we have to keep dancing. With strong corporate earnings and healthy balance sheets in the tech sector, we believe the market expansion cycle can continue. At the same time, diversification remains important to manage risks and capture opportunities across different scenarios. This balanced positioning provides resilience and maximises the potential for positive returns as conditions improve.”

Within equities, UOBAM continues to favour Asia, citing attractive valuations, strengthening currencies, and robust domestic demand. The US is upgraded to overweight on the back of strong technology and AI-driven growth.

Within fixed income, UOBAM analysts believe diversification in fixed income categories will be useful as valuation risks grow. The firm recommends a disciplined approach focusing on high-quality developed market credits and select emerging market sovereigns.

Within commodities, gold remains a preferred safe-haven asset amid ongoing geopolitical uncertainties and structural demand from central banks.

Kat Florence Hotel Unveils Daily La Mer Massages Included, Michelin-Origin ‘Infinity Pâtisserie,’ and a Nordic Winter Spa

The world-renowned luxury jeweller brings her signature precision and taste to a new era of bespoke “all-inclusive” where ultra-luxury amenities are included essentials in every stay

Kat Florence, who grew up in Canada’s famously beautiful village of Elora where her retreat resides, invested millions to personally restore the historic 1848 limestone building to its immaculate, present-day aura. “I approach a space the same way I approach a rare gemstone,” says Florence. “Its history and composition tell you what it wants to become. My role is to honour that story and elevate it. Our elaborate guest gifts and amenities also directly reflect the space, as well as our ethos of being a true home away from home. We’re thrilled to launch the next chapter of the hotel with even more signature, always included layers of wellness, nature, Michelin-level nourishment, and the most luxurious self-care elixir on earth (La Mer).”

Officially launching this month, the hotel debuts its private, guest-only Nordic Wellness Spa, a secluded plein air sanctuary within its hidden outdoor space. Steps from each suite, this intimate wellness garden features a hand-crafted cedar sauna, open-air hot pool, a restorative cold-plunge circuit for contrast therapy and a firepit lounge area; all supported by discreet, on-demand drink and snack service. Elemental, calming, and meticulously scaled, the spa is a sensorial extension of Florence’s design philosophy: purity, balance, and craftsmanship at every turn.

To further complement their already much loved, daily 60 minute full-body massages for all staying guests, delivered in the privacy of their suite by expert in-house RMTs, Kat’s daily ritual will soon be incorporating her personal favourite self-care product. From January, massages will be enhanced with a La Mer the renewal oil–infused face, neck, and décolleté finishing ritual (the La Mer elixir which famously retails for $395 per mini 30ml ounce bottle). The treatment also incorporates sound bath therapy and the Nordic practice of steam and ice, alternating warm and cool towel compresses to awaken the senses and create a harmony of temperature, grounding guests in the moment.

Adding to the hotel’s sensory and wellness offerings, December 18 also marks the debut of the Kat Florence Hotel’s new infinity-style Patisserie, a private, guest-only experience of daily edible art creations led by Chef Marc Collyer. The bakes and bonbons collection will be crafted using the most expensive ingredients on earth. While the collection will change every day, guests can expect delights like ‘mille feuille of housemade caramelized puff pastry, green apple caviar and hazelnut creme,’ ‘Caramelized white chocolate eclair with Amarena cherry mousse and burnt orange & Champagne powder,’ and signature house croissants Chef ferments for 3 full days prior to baking resulting in magnificently deepened flavours. Prior to collaborating with Kat, Marc spent 14 years honing his culinary distinction and imaginative flair at twice Michelin-starred Manor House in the British Cotswolds. Now innovating fine dolce delights at the Elora retreat, his guests are encouraged to visit in limitless tasting fashion throughout their stays (all at no charge; Chef’s high design cakes, chocolates and pastries are included for guests). In addition, each morning Chef Marc hand-churns his own butter and fresh bakes pastries, breads and more, sending energizing creations to be personal concierge-delivered to each suite as part of the hotel’s bespoke breakfast service. His patisserie program now forms an essential pillar of the property’s culinary identity, blending technique, artistry, and an intimate, at-your-leisure approach to Michelin heights indulgence.

Reflecting Florence’s celebrated eye for rarity and refinement, the hotel remains intentionally exclusive, welcoming a maximum of only 14 guests at any time and offering an unprecedented 2:1 staff-to-guest ratio; one of the highest in North America versus a luxury hotel average of 10:1. The result is a sanctuary of calm and privacy, with made-to-measure service for every stay.

Every booking at the Kat Florence Hotel includes her famous roster of signature high end gifts, services and experiences, all crafted to feel effortless and personal:

  • Daily, 60-minute full body massages in-suite including La Mer the renewal oil infused face, neck and decolletage ritual (Kat’s personal favourite self-care ritual)
  • A multi-course Chef’s Tasting Dinner on guests’ arrival night, prepared and hosted by renowned Chef Anthony Bish in his Anthony’s Private Restaurant reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
  • Suite-delivered Breakfast Baskets every morning with daily rotating pastries, breads, hand-churned butter and more presented by Chef Marc Collyer (formerly of twice Michelin-starred Manor House in the British Cotswolds)
  • A full bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne awaiting each guest upon arrival
  • Rolls Royce & Bentley chauffeur service around town as well as complimentary valet
  • Dedicated, personal concierge throughout your stay available for any request — from unpacking to private shopping to meal delivery to laundry service
  • Enjoyment of the new ultra-private outdoor Nordic Spa just steps from the suites in the garden including hand-crafted cedar sauna, hot-pool therapy, cold-pool circuit and on-demand drink service

Pharm-D Health Science’s ELDON formalises brand ambassador partnership with Malaysian media personalities Chan Fong and Henley Hii as Brand earns Malaysia Book of Records recognition

MoU signing and Malaysia Book of Records recognition underscore sustained consumer trust for ELDON, at a time when Malaysians are paying closer attention to sleep, stress and lifestyle balance

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – Media OutReach Newswire – 14 January 2026 – Malaysian media personality Chan Fong and singer-actor Henley Hii have been appointed brand ambassadors for Malaysian health and wellness brand Eldon Healthcare, also known as ELDON, reflecting the brand’s mission to provide relatable, real-life health advocacy for modern Malaysians.

Eldon formalises brand ambassador partnership with Malaysian media personalities Chan Fong and Henley Hii
Eldon formalises brand ambassador partnership with Malaysian media personalities Chan Fong and Henley Hii

The appointment comes at a meaningful milestone for ELDON, a consumer health and wellness brand of the Pharm-D Health Science group, following Malaysia Book of Records’ recognition for one of its flagship products, ELDON DX MAGELAX, as the most magnesium glycinate capsules sold in Malaysia.

Introduced to the Malaysian market in 2020, ELDON DX MAGELAX was among the earliest magnesium glycinate supplements registered with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA). At a time when awareness of magnesium was still limited, ELDON played an early role in familiarising consumers with magnesium glycinate, now widely recognised for its absorption profile and gentle tolerability, and and known for supporting muscle relaxation, migraines and sleep-related concerns such as insomnia. This Malaysia Book of Records recognition reflects not only strong sales performance, but also growing accessibility and consumer trust.

According to Wong Chin Cheang, Group Managing Director of Pharm-D Health Science, the appointment of the brand ambassadors, alongside the Malaysia Book of Records recognition for ELDON DX Magelax, reflects a broader milestone in the group’s long-term journey.

“ELDON’s growth reflects what we stand for as a group: building Malaysian health brands that are grounded in science, scaled responsibly, and trusted by the public over time,” he said. “Achievements like these are not only about the scale or numbers alone, but also consistency, credibility, and serving real needs in the community.”

Brand Ambassadors grounded in the real Malaysian health and lifestyle

Malaysian media personalities Chan Fong and Henley Hii are well-known Malaysian public figures with strong audience connections across lifestyle and entertainment circles. Grounded, busy and active in ways many Malaysians relate to, they were chosen for their strong alignment with ELDON’s brand philosophy, which inspires practical wellness habits, including prioritising better rest, sleep quality and a balanced lifestyle.

This partnership taps into post-COVID trends where three in four Malaysians prioritise holistic health, as national conversations continue to encourage prevention and healthier routines.

“This partnership feels personal because it is based on real routines,” said Chan Fong. “Whether you are working late, juggling responsibilities, or simply trying to keep up with life, your daily habits matter. I appreciate that ELDON’s approach is practical and grounded.”

Henley Hii added, “A lot of people think wellness has to look perfect, but most of us are just trying to be consistent. I am excited that this is a long-term partnership because real habits take time, and it is about showing up repeatedly.”

ELDON: a Malaysian consumer health brand shaped by purpose and scale

Fully homegrown in Malaysia, Eldon Healthcare is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pharm-D Health Science, an integrated Malaysian pharmaceutical and consumer health group of companies committed to advancing evidence-based health solutions across different life stages. ELDON represents the group’s consumer health pillar, which focuses on translating scientific expertise into accessible, everyday health and wellness solutions.

For ELDON, the focus has always been on building credibility steadily through quality formulation, transparent sourcing, and wide accessibility through pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare partners across Malaysia and Singapore.

“ELDON was never built to chase hype,” said Kenn Siaw, Chief Executive Officer of Eldon Healthcare. “Our responsibility is to create sustainable health solutions that people can rely on. The Malaysia Book of Records recognition is meaningful to ELDON because it reflects a strong trust from consumers, pharmacists, and healthcare partners.”

He added that the appointment of Chan Fong and Henley Hii represents the next phase of the brand’s journey: “They represent the realities of modern Malaysian life, demanding schedules, family responsibilities, and the need to stay healthy without overcomplicating things. That’s exactly who ELDON exists for.”

Looking ahead

With its growing footprint and renewed focus on public engagement, ELDON aims to continue supporting Malaysians who see health not as a luxury but as an essential foundation for everyday living.

Together, the appointment of brand ambassadors and Malaysia Book of Records recognition mark not just a celebration but a stronger commitment from both the company and the brand to continue delivering consistent, trustworthy health solutions.

This milestone adds to Pharm-D Health Science’s growing track record of national recognitions, as its probiotic brand Lang Bragman, was recently also being recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records as the Largest Range of Homegrown Probiotic Products in Malaysia.

Raising Standards in APAC

The Academy will offer tailored development pathways to advance both the science and artistry of aesthetic practice, supported by Teoxane’s HA-based portfolio and two decades of scientific leadership.

This Academy allows us to deepen our mission: to elevate aesthetic practice through education that is rigorous, hands-on, and rooted in real-world clinical experience.
