Amidst stiff competition in Her World Spa Awards 2022: Best Facial Treatments in Singapore, Victoria Facelift secures not one but two distinguished awards, with their signature Power-Lift Facial Treatment being crowned as the best skin-rejuvenating facial treatment in the whole of Singapore.

SINGAPORE – Media OutReach – 5 October 2022 – The battle against ageing skin is one constantly waged, with many turning solely to luxury cosmetics in search of an effective solution. However, those in Singapore looking to repair skin ageing symptoms can simply visit Victoria Facelift for skincare treatments with proven results.

Her World Spa Awards was first created in 2011 to bring the top fashion, beauty, and lifestyle options to Singapore’s modern women. This year’s selection of the best facial treatments in Singapore sees an impressive suite of facial options for numerous nuanced needs, with Victoria Facelift winning two distinct awards for the best skin-rejuvenating and eye-lifting facial treatments.

The former was given to Victoria Facelift for their highly regarded Power-Lift Facial Treatment, which has been featured in several major publications over the years. Leveraging unique anti-ageing formulation and state-of-the-art machinery, Victoria’s Power-Lift Facial Treatment repairs ageing skin through means that are entirely non-invasive, while providing instant, visible results and healthy, glowing skin.

Those looking to naturally regain younger-looking skin can simply visit Victoria Facelift for their award-winning Power-Lift Facial Treatment at any of their locations in Singapore.

The Victoria Power-Lift Facial Treatment

Surgical facelift procedures have surged in popularity, with countless women and men alike opting to go under the knife for an improved facial contour and diminished fine lines and wrinkles. However, invasive procedures such as injections and fillers can cause swelling, bruising, and pain, while yielding results that look stiff and unnatural with frozen facial muscles and complexions that remain rough and dry.

Victoria’s Power-Lift Facial Treatment, on the other hand, gives natural, younger-looking skin and radiant, hydrated complexions that come along with no negative side-effects whatsoever. Instead, replacing the common cons are the stimulation of natural collagen production and instant V-lift and wrinkle reduction via thoroughly relaxing facial sessions.

The unique formula used in Victoria’s Power-Lift Facial Treatment comprises of powerful antioxidants and skin peptides—such as hydrolysed collagen, hibiscus abelmoschus seed extract, and epidermal growth factor proteins—that effectively repair ageing skin, tighten saggy skin, and smoothen fine lines and wrinkles.

Sophisticated microcurrent machines are also used in conjunction with the special formulation to penetrate ingredients deeper into the skin’s layers, thereby activating skin cells to build up elasticity for that youthful firmness and bouncier skin.

Personalised for the Best Possible Results

Victoria’s Power-Lift Facial Treatment is more than a generic facial service that merely promises results; it entails a customised service and solution that is personalised for each customer’s nuanced needs and consist of the following:

  • One-on-one consultation with a professional skincare consultant
  • Computerised skin scans that identify root causes of each individual’s skin problems
  • Customised Power-Lift Facial Treatment sessions with systematic targeting of identified causation points
  • Constant monitoring and adaptation throughout the course of the treatment programme.

  • Fine lines, wrinkles, and crow feet
  • Loose, sagging skin
  • Wide, prominent jawline
  • Double chin

Infineon joins EEBus Initiative e.V., supporting the standardization for energy management systems

MUNICH, GERMANY – Media OutReach – 5 October 2022 – One key way to address the global trends of an increasing share of volatile renewable energy sources and a growing electrification in mobility is to improve system integration of electricity consumers from all sectors. Implementation requires holistic thinking: from green power generation to a stable and efficient grid infrastructure to storage and consumption. Bidirectional charging contributes significantly to this by, for example, allowing the electricity stored in the battery of an electric vehicle to be used to supply the power grid or electrical appliances in the home when needed. However, energy generators and consumer devices need a standardized language to be able to communicate.

Standards-Smart-Home.jpg

As solution provider, Infineon Technologies AG (FSE: IFX / OTCQX: IFNNY) is interested in a standardized communication flow for the complete chain of energy control. Therefore, the company has joined EEBus, an initiative that promotes the standardization of interfaces to enable uniform communication between power generator and end user devices. The initiative brings together international companies and associations from different sectors such as energy relevant devices and systems, energy supply and grid operation, and information and communication technology. Infineon is the first semiconductor company to join the initiative.

“This principle of an unified energy eco-system has been the basic philosophy of the EEBus Initiative from the very beginning. We offer an open solution for all market participants instead of another proprietary isolated solution,” said Dr. Robert Böhm, Managing Director from EEBus Initiative e.V. “With EEBus we develop and standardize a dynamically flexible interface on behalf of the industry and provide a global standard for communication.”

“The continuous and collaborative coordination of members in working groups at eye level is creating a unified and vendor-independent communication solution which is essential for bidirectional charging and a decentralized power grid,” said Andreas Urschitz, Chief Marketing Officer of Infineon. “With EEBus’ special focus on energy management, bidirectional end user devices can be integrated into the Smart Grid, easy and efficiently.”

EEBus as a uniform standard

EEBus is a manufacturer-independent and standardized language for the exchange of energy and application-relevant information that can be used free of charge. The standards-based language enables the proper functioning of all devices even during energy shortages and the provision of plug-and-play solutions for residential and commercial applications.

The EEBus Initiative distinguishes generally between content, namely the data model that is transmitted, and the type of transmission respectively the communication path. The EEBus data model “SPINE” (Smart Premises Interoperable Neutral-Message Exchange) can be transported via many communication paths and protocols. One possible transport protocol is the IP-based “SHIP” (Smart home IP) which is based on widely-used RFCs and can be used in existing IP infrastructure. To guarantee maximum flexibility, the EEBus architecture is based on the Smart Grid Architecture Model (SGAM) and offers solutions for several layers.

Regardless of previously used communication technologies or industry affiliation, companies can use SPINE to offer their services or platforms and potentially control millions of energy relevant devices or, as device manufacturers, smartly and interoperably connect their own products to a larger eco-system. More information about the EEBus Initiative e.V. is available at www.eebus.org.

Amazon Southeast Asia Seller Summit 2022 to empower small businesses to dream big

The first-ever two-day hybrid event on 26-27 October 2022 aims to help sellers grow their brand on a global scale with the theme ‘Small Businesses, Big Ambitions’

SINGAPORE – Media OutReach – 5 October 2022 – (NASDAQ:AMZN) – The Amazon Southeast Asia Seller Summit 2022 returns for its fourth edition on 26-27 October 2022, with the theme ‘Small Businesses, Big Ambitions’ and a bigger focus to support sellers in Singapore to expand their businesses online, locally and globally. For the first time ever, the Summit will be held in a hybrid format – online via an Event App, and in person at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Center in Singapore.

Sellers can expect to learn about the world-class logistics network and tools Amazon offers businesses to reach shoppers overseas with Amazon Global Selling (Day 1) and within Singapore on Amazon.sg (Day 2). Across both days, the Summit will include educational and advanced sessions on key e-commerce topics such as shipping and fulfillment, e-commerce store optimizations, sourcing, product research strategies, advertising, and brand building.

Attendees can also look forward to networking with Amazon leaders – including Anand Palit, Head of Global Selling, Southeast Asia, and Jan Lim, Country Leader, Singapore Marketplace – as well as successful Amazon sellers – such as Naoki Matcha and Pristine – and third-party service providers. Teams from Amazon Advertising, Amazon Global Logistics, and Amazon’s Seller University will also join the event.

Commenting on global e-commerce growth opportunities, Anand Palit, Head of Global Selling, Southeast Asia, Amazon, said: “I have seen big ambitions from businesses in Singapore. To help local sellers realize their potential and take advantage of cross-border e-commerce, we have set the theme for our Summit as ‘Small Businesses, Big Ambitions’. In these two days, we will push the boundaries to help local and small businesses discover innovative solutions, and use selling and advertising tools to build their strengths. Seller success is our success, and our mission is clear – to prepare and support local sellers so they can sustain their growth even beyond Singapore by selling on Amazon stores worldwide and thriving on an international playing field.”

Adding on about domestic e-commerce opportunities and selling online in Singapore, Jan Lim, Country Leader Singapore Marketplace, Amazon, said: “In Southeast Asia, Singaporeans form one of the highest proportions of digital consumers today and shopping online has quickly become a habit for many of us. As a growing number of people shop online, local businesses have more avenues to engage them and gain new customers. With Amazon.sg, local brands can access our increasing number of shoppers to build a prominent and sustainable presence in Singapore. I am excited for Day 2 of the Summit where we will cover how our tools and resources can help sellers tap on Amazon.sg to sell online and reach more customers in Singapore and beyond.”

Showcasing sellers’ success

The upcoming Summit will feature some of the new Global Selling seller ambassadors such as Naoki Matcha and Pristine, who have been successful on Amazon’s international stores and have leveraged Amazon’s services and fulfillment tools to scale their businesses globally.

“Having sold on Amazon since 2016 and being in a niche product category, we fully appreciate the importance of thinking globally from day 1. With Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), we easily reach and deliver our products to customers in the USA and the UK despite being based here. We consider it a great honor to be invited as a Global Selling seller ambassador and look forward to sharing our experience. We hope to give back to the seller community and help inspire the next wave of globally successful Singapore brands,” said Samuel Loo, co-founder, Naoki Matcha, a homegrown business that offers a wide range of specialty matcha blends.

“We never thought we could reach customers in the US, Canada and the UK from Singapore, before starting our journey with Amazon. We are glad that we decided to expand beyond Singapore after seeing the large international customer base Amazon has. Today, we have loyal international customers everywhere, and we have been able to delight them from our home base in Singapore because of Amazon’s guidance and global network. Being a Global Selling seller ambassador is an affirmation of the progress we’ve made as a local business, and we would love to share our experience with other sellers at the upcoming Amazon Southeast Asia Seller Summit,” said Jeremy Teo, General Manager (North America & Europe), Pristine, a Singaporean home fragrance brand.

To address local sellers’ needs, the Summit has three core learning pillars:

  • Be Inspired: With seller sharing and panels;
  • Learn: The latest tips and tools to sell from Amazon leaders;
  • Network: With other sellers, Amazon Seller ambassadors, and e-commerce service providers.

While Day 1 of the Summit (26 Oct) will focus on cross-border selling on Amazon.com and internationally, Day 2 (27 Oct) will dive into selling on Amazon.sg and in Singapore. Some key sessions include:

  • Opening address by Kelvin Woon, Regional Director (US Southeast), Enterprise Singapore.
  • Inspirational keynote by Tiffany Lung, retail analyst for Inside Retail Asia, on the 2023 outlook of Asian e-commerce trends and how brands can connect with consumers.
  • Panel discussion with top Amazon.com sellers: Pristine, KeaBabies, and Naoki Matcha on ‘Building a Global Brand: Having the right mindset to succeed globally’.
