The United Kingdom’s Heathfield International School has recently arrived, making Vientiane the home of its second branch in Asia (the first being in Bangkok), bringing new standards to Laos.
Heathfield International School Vientiane uses the British and Welsh curriculum which helps students to be engaged and motivated in their studies through art, music, science, sport, reading in its library and in the playground under the traditional values of Heathfield’s teaching in the knowledge that education shapes people for life.
The school intends to have classes in English, Chinese and Lao, under the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Sports, which will help pupils to continue studying overseas when they finish secondary level.
