Hotel Kiridara Luang Prabang officially held its soft opening ceremony on 1 March, marking the launch of a new hospitality destination in the UNESCO-listed city.
The event welcomed representatives from government agencies, the private sector, the Chamber of Commerce, hospitality partners in Luang Prabang, members of the media, and invited guests.
Developed under the Souphattra Hotels & Resorts Group, the hotel aims to offer a boutique hospitality experience inspired by the natural landscape and cultural heritage of Luang Prabang.
During the ceremony, the management expressed appreciation to partners and guests for their support in bringing the project to life.
Hotel Kiridara Luang Prabang will operate as part of the city’s growing tourism and hospitality sector, which continues to expand as visitor numbers gradually recover and new accommodations open across the province.
Officials and tourism stakeholders noted that new hotel investments contribute to strengthening Luang Prabang’s position as one of Laos’ leading cultural and tourism destinations.
