ChatBar AI and Anam Partner to Launch Human-Real AI Personas

A New Standard for Shareable AI Interaction

SINGAPORE, Dec. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — ChatBar AI and Anam today announced a strategic partnership that brings human-real AI personas to the web – combining Anam’s real-time audio-visual avatars with ChatBar AI’s patent-pending RAG engine and instant persona deployment workflow.

ChatBar AI and Anam unveil human-real AI personas ready to go in minutes, combining real-time avatars with secure, compliant, brand-aligned conversational intelligence.

Built on a Secure, Private API Infrastructure

The collaboration leverages ChatBar’s OpenAI-compatible API. This secure API and ChatBar’s unique low latency architecture matches optimally with Anam’s highly responsive stack, giving users an unmatched near real-time experience.

This approach ensures data security and sovereignty, aligning with ChatBar AI’s broader commitment to privacy-first AI engagement and sustainable, publisher-friendly architecture.

Together, the companies deliver AI personas that don’t just chat – they look, sound, and respond like real people. The experience is smooth, scalable, and fast enough to feel human – live on your website in minutes.

“What impressed us wasn’t just Anam’s latency and unique technological approach,” said Ryan McClure, a Co-Founder at ChatBar AI. “It was their ability to bring empathy and nuance to real-time interaction – and do it at scale. When you put all that together with ChatBar AI we can deploy a fully trained, brand-aligned AI assistant in 15-30 minutes. This is the new baseline for advanced AI UX.”

“ChatBar AI has shown exactly what’s possible when you combine their vision for fast, branded deployment with our foundation of expressive, real-time personas,” said Joshua Bailey. “Together we’re proving that latency and empathy don’t have to be trade-offs. You can deliver scale, speed, and humanity all at once — and that’s the future of AI interaction.”

A New Standard for AI Interaction

Unlike legacy bots, static chat widgets or direct LLM embeddings, ChatBar AI enables each AI persona to pull real-time, context-rich responses directly from your website’s content – no hallucinations, no guesswork. Anam’s avatars add a natural human presence for the use cases where a live human face makes all the difference, with 50+ languages, facial expressions, and voice tone shifts in real time.

This partnership redefines what it means to engage customers online:

  • Minutes to Launch: From URL to fully deployed persona in minutes – thanks to ChatBar AI’s proprietary methodology.
  • Hyper-Real Interaction: Anam’s human avatar engine delivers low-latency, high-emotion video personas that speak like humans.
  • Enterprise-Ready: Secure, brand-safe, and scalable across industries – with options for LMS, CRM, and live agent handoff.

From Events to Enterprise

The first deployments are already underway in Asia, including:

  • Australia New Zealand Association Gala Ball (Jakarta): ChatBar-powered AI mascot engaging guests with live updates and trivia. Try asking Matilda about her role at the party.
  • Asian Tigers Group Golf Tournament: Cindy’s day job is answering questions about international logistics Asian Tigers Group, a relocation company, but for their charity tournament in Indonesia she played the role of AI caddy assistant offering tournament rules help, banter, and sponsor shoutouts in real-time. Try asking Cindy about moving internationally.
  • Premium Beverage Brand: Voice-activated virtual bartender recommending cocktails based on customer preferences. Let Emma craft the perfect mixed drink for your mood.
  • Software Founder: Trained to help business decision makers figure out the ROI of AI.

EverLinks in Action: Shareable AI Conversations

The partnership transforms how organizations distribute AI engagement through EverLinks – shareable conversation starters that combine ChatBar AI’s knowledge with Anam’s human presence.

Unlike traditional chatbots that wait passively on websites, EverLinks travel – turning every email signature, social post, or printed QR code into a portal for human-like AI engagement.

Why This Partnership Matters

This collaboration marks a breakthrough in sovereign, voice-driven AI engagement – giving companies full control over their AI content, tone, and training data. EverLinks represent the missing piece in AI marketing automation: the ability to create, share, and track individualized AI conversations at scale. While traditional marketing relies on static landing pages or form-fill experiences, EverLinks enable conversational distribution – now with interactive avatars – where every link becomes a branded, voice-enabled AI interaction. Each EverLink feels less like clicking a URL and more like calling a knowledgeable friend. For enterprise customers, EverLinks unlock campaign-level AI deployment: marketing teams can create dozens of conversation variants (by product, audience segment, or campaign goal), distribute them across channels, and track engagement – all without developer resources or complex integrations.

By combining Anam avatars, ChatBar AI, and EverLinks, marketers and service professionals can instantly launch focused, human-like conversations – preloaded with preset questions that serve as ice-breakers.

Race to Get Aid to Asia Flood Survivors as Toll Nears 1,200

A woman carrying a child wades through a flooded street after heavy rainfall in Wellampitiya on the outskirts of Colombo on November 30, 2025. Low-lying areas of Sri Lanka's capital were flooded on 30 November 2025 after a powerful cyclone triggered heavy rains and mudslides across the island, killing at least 212 people and leaving many more missing. (Photo credit: ISHARA S. KODIKARA / AFP)

By Alfath Asmunda with Amal Jayasinghe/AFP – Governments and aid groups in Indonesia and Sri Lanka worked to rush aid Tuesday, 2 December, to hundreds of thousands stranded by deadly flooding that has killed around 1,200 people in four countries.

Torrential monsoon season deluges paired with two separate tropical cyclones last week dumped heavy rain across all of Sri Lanka and parts of Indonesia‘s Sumatra, southern Thailand and northern Malaysia.

Climate change is producing more intense rain events because a warmer atmosphere holds more moisture, and warmer oceans can turbocharge storms.

The floodwaters have now largely receded, but the devastation means hundreds of thousands of people are now living in shelters and struggling to secure clean water and food.

In Indonesia’s Aceh, one of the worst-affected regions, residents told AFP that survivors who could afford to were stockpiling supplies.

“Road access is mostly cut off in flood-affected areas,” 29-year-old Erna Mardhiah said as she joined a long queue at a petrol station in Banda Aceh.

“People are worried about running out of fuel,” she added from the line she had been in for two hours.

The pressure has caused skyrocketing prices.

“Most things are already sky-high… chillies alone are up to 300,000 rupiah per kilo ($18), so that’s probably why people are panic-buying,” she said.

On Monday, Indonesia’s government said it was sending 34,000 tons of rice and 6.8 million litres of cooking oil to the three worst-affected provinces, Aceh, North Sumatra and West Sumatra.

“There can be no delays,” Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman said.

Food shortage risk

Aid groups said they were working to ship supplies to affected areas, warning that local markets were running out of essential supplies and prices had tripled already.

“Communities across Aceh are at severe risk of food shortages and hunger if supply lines are not reestablished in the next seven days,” charity group Islamic Relief said.

A shipment of 12 tones of food from the group aboard an Indonesian navy vessel was due to arrive in Aceh on 2 December.

At least 631 people were killed in the floods across Sumatra, and 472 are still listed as missing. A million people have evacuated from their homes, according to the disaster agency.

Survivors have described terrifying waves of water that arrived without warning.

In East Aceh, Zamzami said the floodwaters had been “unstoppable, like a tsunami wave.”

“We can’t explain how big the water seemed, it was truly extraordinary,” said the 33-year-old, who like many Indonesians goes by one name.

People in his village sheltered atop a local two-storey fish market to escape the deluge and were now trying to clean the mud and debris left behind while battling power and telecommunications outages.

“It’s difficult for us (to get) clean water,” he told AFP on Monday.

“There are children who are starting to get fevers, and there’s no medicine.”

The weather system that inundated Indonesia also brought heavy rain to southern Thailand, where at least 176 people were killed.

Across the border in Malaysia, two more people were killed.

Colombo floodwaters recede

A separate storm brought heavy rains across all of Sri Lanka, triggering flash floods and deadly landslides that killed at least 390 people.

Another 352 remain missing, and some of the worst-hit areas in the country’s centre are still difficult to reach.

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has declared a state of emergency to deal with what he called the “most challenging natural disaster in our history”.

Unlike his Indonesian counterpart, he has called for international aid.

Sri Lanka’s air force, backed by counterparts from India and Pakistan, has been evacuating stranded residents and delivering food and other supplies.

In the mountainous Welimada region, security forces on 1 December recovered the bodies of 11 residents buried by mudslides, a local official said.

In the capital Colombo meanwhile, floodwaters were slowly subsiding on 2 December.

The speed with which waters rose around the city surprised local residents used to seasonal flooding.

“Every year we experience minor floods, but this is something else,” delivery driver Dinusha Sanjaya told AFP.

“It is not just the amount of water, but how quickly everything went under.”

Rains have eased across the country, but landslide alerts remain in force across most of the hardest-hit central region, officials said.

POWERCHINA’s Global Team Advances Inclusive Growth with Localized Approach through Empowerment, Respect, and Cultural Collaboration

BEIJING, Dec. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Power Construction Corporation of China (“POWERCHINA” or “the Company”), with multiple infrastructure projects across six continents, focuses on connections that foster cultural exchange and shared development. Through local employment, cross-cultural integration, community festivals, environmental protection, and employee empowerment, the Company promotes inclusive growth and demonstrates its commitment to people, society, and culture.

POWERCHINA collaborates with local partners to safeguard vital coastal biodiversity at Dubai’s Jabal Ali Wetland Sanctuary
POWERCHINA collaborates with local partners to safeguard vital coastal biodiversity at Dubai’s Jabal Ali Wetland Sanctuary

Across POWERCHINA’s overseas operations, trust is rooted in action, not hierarchy. Maqbul from Bangladesh recalled how his Chinese supervisor showed respect through simple gestures, such as standing during meetings until invited to sit. Though surprising at first, Maqbul learned that his boss valued his seniority as a fellow engineer. “You are at least 10 years senior,” the supervisor explained. Such respect and mutual trust across cultures make Maqbul proud to be part of POWERCHINA’s global team.

POWERCHINA embraces cultural diversity as a bridge for cooperation. Cultural festivals, bilingual celebrations, and cross-cultural activities in Dubai and Brazil, such as Ramadan, Chinese New Year, and monthly birthday events, help POWERCHINA bridge cultural gaps, promote mutual respect, and foster collaboration between Chinese and local employees. Language classes and heritage talks further support a unified and inclusive workplace.

Beyond celebration, the Company channels this understanding into leadership empowerment by appointing local professionals to key technical and managerial roles. In Vietnam, local engineers are involved in strategic planning and benefit from partnerships with top universities to develop globally minded, locally rooted talent. Deputy General Director Ngo Thi Cam Tu notes that providing local staff leadership roles has improved communication, decision-making, and project execution. Similarly, in Brazil, Tharcizio, Country Representative, noted that POWERCHINA has empowered local professionals by appointing them to key management and technical roles, fostering better integration, communication, and decision-making alongside strategic Chinese managers.

Respect extends beyond culture to local law and governance. Jnana Ranjan Pradhan, a marine site engineer in Dubai, highlighted POWERCHINA’s strict adherence to local labor laws and environmental regulations, including necessary permits for marine dredging. The Company supports cultural respect by adjusting work hours and providing prayer spaces during Ramadan. In Côte d’Ivoire, project employee Alex Freddy noted that transparent labor contract discussions, based on employee input, reflect POWERCHINA’s respect for local laws and employment systems.

The Company’s commitment to trust, respect, and shared growth is evident in both teamwork to overcome challenges and support for its people’s well-being and development. While working on Dubai’s Hassyan Project, Pradhan overcame environmental challenges to achieve zero violations. Responsible for protecting wetlands, mangroves, and sea turtles, he managed permits and coordinated monthly audits with Dubai Municipality. Also in Lesotho, PowerChina partnered with a Chinese medical team to offer free health services to employees and villagers in remote highlands. Project employee Sechaba Masekhoane said his first acupuncture experience brought relief and a genuine sense of the company’s care.

Together, these stories reflect how PowerChina is turning respect into relationships, diversity into collaboration, and challenges into shared success, building a global team rooted in trust, and shared growth.

These developments are set to inject new momentum into the high-quality growth of China’s cultural tourism sector.

The event attracted over 500 participants from cultural tourism investment groups and partners nationwide, making it the most significant strategic launch event hosted by Fosun Tourism Group in recent years.

Xu Xiaoliang, Co-CEO of Fosun International and Chairman of Fosun Tourism Group, stated: “As we enter the 15th Five-Year Plan period, the cultural tourism industry—a vital vehicle for fulfilling people’s aspirations for a better life—is undergoing a structural upgrade towards higher quality, diversification, and innovation. We look forward to collaborating with global cultural tourism investors and industry partners to jointly open a new chapter in the development of the vacation industry.”

Launch of Three Core Product Lines Signals Accelerated Shift from Sightseeing to Vacationing

Responding to the growing domestic demand for vacation experiences, Fosun Tourism Group officially unveiled its three core product lines at the event: Super Resort, Super Resort Complex, and Super Culture and Tourism Mall.

The Super Resort directly addresses the prevalent issues in China’s tourism sector—lack of diversification and an over‑reliance on sightseeing. Centered on Club Med, the global vacation leader with a 75‑year legacy, it provides traditional scenic destinations with a one‑stop transformation solution through premium services, diverse cultural environment, and diverse experiential offerings.

At the event, Club Med Joyview and Club Med Urban Oasis officially unveiled their 2.0 brand strategies. Super Resort Complexes target key domestic tourist cities, drawing on the benchmark experience of flagship projects such as Atlantis Sanya and Taicang Alps Resort. By integrating international IPs, creating innovative content, and creating deep cross‑format integration, they form immersive themed destination clusters that inject new momentum into regional cultural tourism and consumption upgrades. Current development priorities include advancing the Taicang Alps Resort Phase II — set to break five world records for indoor snow venues — and the world’s first AI‑themed resort, the Ultramed Hainan.

Super Culture and Tourism Mall (HiSphere) targets the new wave of urban stock assets renewal, redefining commercial spaces through a cultural tourism lens. It integrates diverse experiences such as culture, entertainment, performances, theme parks, shopping, and dining, allowing commerce to flourish naturally within tourism settings and fostering a distinctive urban vacation lifestyle. The first project under this product line will be launched in Chongqing.

14 partnerships signed across 3 core project lines, driving destination transformation with a diverse tourism ecosystem

At this event, focusing on key national city clusters and pivotal growth corridors for cultural tourism, Fosun Tourism Group has comprehensively advanced the strategic deployment of its three major product lines across major regions such as the Yangtze River Delta, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the BeijingTianjinHebei region, SichuanChongqing area, and Central China. The Group completed the concentrated signing of 14 key projects in multiple locations including Guangzhou, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Jinan, Xi’an, Hefei, Quanzhou, and Zhoushan. These projects encompass 5 Super Resorts, 8 Super Resort Complexes, and 1 Super Culture and Tourism Mall. Key contracted projects include:

Super Resort | Club Med Urban Oasis Hangzhou Longwu Resort

Developed by Fosun Tourism Group’s Club Med Urban Oasis in partnership with West Lake Cultural Tourism Group, this resort leverages the unique valley and tea plantation landscape of Longwu. It is poised to become a new ideal destination for family vacations in the Yangtze River Delta. The project is scheduled to officially open in May 2026.

Super Culture and Tourism Mall | Hi•Chongqing

Hi•Chongqing is a joint venture between Fosun Tourism Group and the Chongqing Free Trade Port Area Group. With a total gross floor area of nearly 500,000 square meters, the project is located within the Airport Functional Zone of the Chongqing Lianglu Cuntan Free Trade Port Area, a 15-minute drive from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. It is scheduled to open in the second half of 2026. The development plan includes a 70,000-square-meter immersive theme street dedicated to Bayu culture, a nearly 30,000-square-meter indoor theme park—the first of its kind in China—centered around a “Forest Carnival” concept, and an approximately 10,000-square-meter immersive space with a space theme. Additional offerings such as a petting zoo and a flying theater will provide diverse attractions, creating a one-stop entertainment and shopping destination for families and Generation Z.

Bao Jiangjun, CEO of Fosun Tourism Group, stated, “The concentrated signing of multiple projects at this event not only marks a key milestone in the strategic blueprint of our nationwide tourism expansion, but also underscores the industry’s pressing need to accelerate its transition toward high-quality growth. Moving forward, by leveraging a more innovative product portfolio, more intelligent operational systems, and a more open, collaborative ecosystem, Fosun Tourism Group will collaborate with investment partners across various regions to create more globally competitive vacation products and experiences.
