Kingdee is ranked in IDC’s Asia-Pacific AI-ERP MarketScape

BANGKOK, Nov. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — International Data Corporation (IDC) has recently released its report titled IDC MarketScape: Asia/Pacific (Excluding Japan) AI-Enabled Midmarket Segment ERP 2025–2026 Vendor Assessment. Ailit’s parent company, Kingdee Group, was included in the assessment for its innovative AI capabilities and market strategy; other vendors referenced in the report include Odoo, Zoho, and Sage.

As Kingdee’s flagship product for the SME market, Ailit provides cloud-based intelligent inventory and invoice software for SMEs with per-account multilingual settings (Chinese, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Arabic, etc.), multi-currency one-click switching (supporting over 150 currencies), and robust multi-tax compliance. As of November 2025, Ailit is now used in 130 countries and regions, serving more than 3.2 million merchants.

Ailit’s strengths in cross-border operations, granular access controls, and flexible document and printing templates enable it to meet diverse local requirements and adapt to different business environments, gaining rapid traction in Southeast Asia, South America, and the Middle East. For example, a Mixue (Mìxuě Bīngchéng) franchisee in Bangkok operates four stores with sixteen employees and uses Ailit’s multi-store and staff management, per-account multilingual experience (Chinese for the owner/Thai for staff), and real-time inventor y synchronization to improve raw-material control and cross-location oversight.

Customer data validates Ailit’s competitiveness: 118,000+ weekly active merchants, an 82.6% renewal rate, and 48.6% of new customers coming from referrals. This high retention stems from Ailit’s precise focus on SME pain points—barcode scanning that auto-recognizes product information; language flexibility so owners and frontline staff can operate in different languages; and interconnected data across stores and warehouses, enabling one-click allocation and shared product and customer records. Its design philosophy—”as simple as using WhatsApp”—helps non-technical users get started quickly.

On the AI innovation front, Ailit launched its AI invoicing module in 2023 and, in October 2025, introduced its AI-powered POS with three major enhancements: Lightning Invoicing; Business Advisor, which predicts break-even points and generates actionable marketing campaigns; and Inventory Master, which supports multi-tier pricing and real-time stock alerts.

“The team is actively bringing Kingdee’s AI capabilities to international markets to help small businesses enhance operational efficiency,” said the Head of International Business at Ailit. “Our vision is to become the digital assistant for SMEs worldwide—helping more small businesses grow into larger ones.”

Tykhe Capital and Skyvast are Launching the World’s First and Largest Global Grade AI Infrastructure Tokenized Fund at US$150M

The Fund offers a flexible revenue-share token, unlocking AI infrastructure access from US$1,000

HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach Newswire – 23 November 2025 – Pioneer Asset Management Limited (“Pioneer“), a subsidiary of Tykhe Capital Group Limited (“Tykhe Capital“), a leading Real-World Asset (RWA) and Security Token Offering (STO) innovator in the Asia-Pacific region and Skyvast Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“Skyvast“), today announced the launch of the world’s first global-grade AI infrastructure tokenized fund – the SKYD Token (the “Fund” or “SKYD Token“). With an initial size of US$150 million, it is the largest fund of its kind globally.

The SKYD Token exemplifies the power of tokenized finance, offering a novel structure that is neither equity nor debt. It provides investors a direct share in 15% of the revenue generated by Skyvast, a global company with footprints across Asia built to power the global AI revolution. This model combines the upside potential of project revenue with the liquidity and accessibility of a tokenized security, all within a structured regulatory framework in Hong Kong.

AI Boom Hits a Wall. Web3 Comes with the Fix.

The AI boom is facing a critical bottleneck. According to IDC 2025 data, 70% of ASEAN AI enterprises cite access to AI infrastructure and compute as their top barrier to growth, while regional demand surges at 200% year-over-year. The SKYD Token addresses this gap by channeling capital into essential AI infrastructure through a modern Web3 vehicle.

“This product is a landmark for digital finance,” said Mr. Luo Xinghua, Director of Pioneer. “It provides professional investors with a liquid, transparent, and efficient way to gain exposure to the high-growth AI infrastructure economy. By tokenizing a revenue-share agreement, we unlock value that is traditionally locked in private companies. That’s the transformative potential of Web3. We see this as the first killer application for Web3 – an application that serves the real economy.”

A New Entry Point into Institutional AI Infrastructure. Tokenized, Starting at US$1,000

The Fund enables participation in a diversified pool of institutional-grade AI infrastructure assets, starting from just US$1,000. Skyvast’s multi-vendor strategy de-risks the investment by ensuring yields are not tied to any single supplier’s performance.

“AI infrastructure depends on more than just compute. It relies on the energy, systems, and environments that keep intelligent workloads running,” said Lim Chee Siong, CEO of Skyvast Digital. “This Fund gives investors access to that foundation. By combining regulated tokenization with real-world assets, we open participation in energy-integrated AI estates to a wider global audience. Our tokenized Fund aggregates best-in-class infrastructure into a single liquidity pool. Investors earn revenue from ASEAN’s insatiable AI demand, while developers get flexible, vendor-agnostic access. Hong Kong’s robust regulatory environment makes it the perfect gateway for global investors, while ASEANs cost advantages and strategic neutrality make it an ideal operational base.”

The launch of the SKYD Token marks a significant milestone in democratizing access to high-growth AI infrastructure investments. By combining a regulated, tokenized structure with a low minimum investment, the Fund opens a new asset class to a broader range of investors, while simultaneously helping to address the critical AI infrastructure shortage stifling innovation in the ASEAN region.

AFP – Rescuers raced to find more than a dozen people still missing on Saturday after a week of heavy flooding in Vietnam, where authorities said at least 55 people have died.

Relentless rain has lashed south-central Vietnam since late October and popular holiday destinations have been hit by several rounds of flooding.

Whole city blocks were inundated this week in coastal Nha Trang, while deadly landslides struck highland passes around the Da Lat tourist hub.

At least 55 people have been killed across six provinces since Sunday, while the search continues for 13 others, the environment ministry said in a statement released on Saturday.

Mountainous Dak Lak province was the hardest hit, with more than two dozen fatalities, it said.

Rescuers were still plucking people from treetops and the roofs of homes as floodwaters receded there on Friday, state media reported.

Multiple highways remained impassable Saturday and 300,000 people were without power, after a blackout that initially affected more than a million, the environment ministry added.

Natural disasters have left 279 people dead or missing in Vietnam and caused more than USD 2 billion in damage between January and October, according to the national statistics office.

The Southeast Asian nation is prone to heavy rain between June and September, but scientists have identified a pattern of human-driven climate change making extreme weather more frequent and destructive.

AutoFlight Aviation Technology Unveils Zero-Carbon eVTOL Water Vertiport

Zero-Carbon eVTOL Water Vertiport, Rapidly Deployable Across Waterways

AutoFlight’s Zero-Carbon eVTOL Water Vertiport functions as a floating vertiport and operations center. It integrates eVTOL landing platforms, photovoltaic charging and storage, intelligent dispatch, and communication systems, enabling fast deployment without land-based construction. Its fully electric design supports take-off, landing, and charging while enabling real-time coordination with eVTOLs.

The water vertiport is compatible with AutoFlight’s core models—including the industrial-grade White Shark, the 2-ton-class cargo model CarryAll, and the six-seat passenger eVTOL Prosperity—together forming a flexible, integrated land–sea–air mobility network.

Synergizing Sea and Air Across Five Key Sectors

The Sea–Air solution enhances efficiency across multiple mission profiles:

  • Marine Energy Platform Maintenance: Significantly improves the speed and reliability of transporting personnel and critical parts.
  • Emergency Response: Combines wide-area search with rapid eVTOL deployment, reducing response time and expanding coverage.
  • High-Frequency Commuting: Enables rapid urban, coastal, and island mobility, cutting typical journeys from hours to minutes.
  • Sea–Air Tourism: Adds a premium “flight+” option to high-end tourism experiences.
  • Mobile Vertiport Networks: Multiple water vertiports can be networked to support high-throughput, multi-aircraft operations.

A New Paradigm for Low-Carbon Integrated Mobility

Amid growing global demand for sustainable transport, AutoFlight’s water-based vertiport provides a low-impact approach to deploying urban and regional air mobility. By leveraging existing waterways, cities can rapidly deploy electric aviation infrastructure without major land development.

Developed with strategic partner CATL, the solution incorporates safe, high-performance battery systems and clean-energy technology across both eVTOLs and vertiports, supporting the development of a carbon-neutral air mobility ecosystem.

First Public Demonstration

AutoFlight conducted the first public demonstration of the Sea–Air solution at Dianshan Lake in Kunshan, where a 2-ton-class eVTOL took off from the Zero-Carbon Water Vertiport. A multi-aircraft formation flight followed, including live airdrop missions that highlighted the system’s potential for emergency response and low-altitude logistics.
