From “Market Blindness” to “Investor Magnet”: Korean PropTech Game Changer Wins Over 50 Clients Including GIC and DWS in Just 8 Months

SEOUL, South Korea, Aug. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Korean PropTech startup RSQUARE‘s RA (Rsquare Analytics) solution is reshaping how global investors view the Korean commercial real estate market.

Until recently the market forced multi-million-dollar investment decisions to be made with limited transparency. Investors had to contact dozens of brokers or rely on personal networks to obtain even basic data such as prime office rent or vacancy rates. The information gathered was often inconsistent, keeping foreign capital away for decades.

In 2023 RSQUARE launched RA, a platform recognized as a milestone in digital innovation for commercial real estate. It holds over 300,000 data points covering 1,600 office buildings and 1,100 logistics centers. A team of 60 experts conducts quarterly on-site surveys to verify details not found in building registries, including actual rental rates, loading dock capabilities and temperature-controlled storage specifications.

The market reaction was swift. German asset manager DWS, with EUR 900 billion in assets, was the first to adopt the platform. Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC, with USD 690 billion under management, followed along with Hong Kong–based PAG, one of Asia’s largest private equity firms. Within eight months RSQUARE had signed over 50 major clients including global investment institutions, asset managers, securities firms and construction companies.

For these institutions adopting RA was more than just using a new service. Large investors that are normally cautious with new data sources shortened their review period and implemented the platform. This shows that RA’s quality and reliability meet global standards. It also addresses long-standing transparency concerns in the Korean market, helping reduce the “Korea Discount” that foreign investors have traditionally applied.

RA provides real-time, nationwide commercial property data including valuations, leasing history, tenant mix, lease expiry schedules, rent trends, vacancy rates and building specifications. Information that once required informal networks or costly consulting is now accessible instantly, enabling a shift from relationship-driven deals to data-based investment decisions.

RSQUARE aims to expand beyond Korea. In June, only six months after entering Vietnam, the company passed KRW 10 billion in revenue and announced plans to move into other Southeast Asian markets. Its long-term goal is to replicate its success in cities such as Bangkok, Manila and Jakarta.

“Transparency attracts capital. When investors can access data of the same quality as in London or New York, the risk of Korean assets drops and competitiveness rises,” said RSQUARE. “We have already modernized one of Asia’s key real estate markets and will continue to modernize others across the region and the world.”

Hyundai Mobis acquires semiconductor development process certification for ISO 26262 ASIL-D

  • Received the highest grade for the entire R&D process, from design to quality verification
  • Plans to mass-produce 20 million units of 16 major semiconductors developed in-house this year, and has established an R&D environment at the global top level
  • Takes the lead in expanding the domestic automotive semiconductor partnership ecosystem

SEOUL, South Korea , Aug. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Hyundai Mobis has obtained the highest grade of ISO 26262 certification, an international standard for functional safety, for its entire vehicle semiconductor R&D process. It is noted that this rigorous certification was obtained not for specific products, but for the entire process ranging from semiconductor design to quality verification.

This certification means that when Hyundai Mobis designs semiconductors through the standardized R&D process in the future, the semiconductors designed through the process will have the same level of reliability as those certified as products. Hyundai Mobis plans to actively share these achievements and know-how with its major partners and take the lead in expanding the domestic automotive semiconductor ecosystem.

Hyundai Mobis announced on the 21st that it has obtained ISO 26262: 2018 2nd edition from Exida, a world-renowned automotive functional safety and cybersecurity certification agency based in Germany. ISO 26262 is an international standard for preventing safety accidents in automotive electrical and electronic systems.

Along with ISO 26262 certification, Hyundai Mobis received the highest D grade in the Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL). ASIL is divided into four levels from A to D, with D requiring a strict reliability of 99% or higher to prevent safety accidents.

With this certification, Hyundai Mobis has proven its semiconductor design capabilities and technological stability through an authoritative external institution. These achievements can be attributed to Hyundai Mobis’ acquisition of Hyundai Autron in 2021, which enabled the company to begin mass production of its own semiconductors this year, backed by its industry-leading R&D environment.

  • A total of 16 types of semiconductors are scheduled to be mass-produced at 20 million units this year…expected to lead to the companys improved competitiveness in core components

Hyundai Mobis expects this certification to enhance the competitiveness of its self-designed semiconductors and controllers and other components equipped with them. As the importance of semiconductors grows, customers are increasingly preferring suppliers with standard certifications. This certification will also positively impact Hyundai Mobis’ competitiveness in global automotive component supply contracts.

“With this certification, we have secured a strategic foundation in the automotive semiconductor sector, which will determine future mobility competitiveness. We will take the lead in establishing an R&D environment that emphasizes functional safety by strengthening partnerships with major domestic and international companies while internalizing technology,” said Lee Hee Hyun, Vice President of Hyundai Mobis’ System Semiconductor R&D Group.

Currently, Hyundai Mobis is mass-producing a total of 16 types of semiconductors, including ASIL-D-rated integrated semiconductors for airbags, power semiconductors for eco-friendly vehicles, integrated semiconductors for motor control, and power semiconductors for AVN (audio, video, and navigation) electronic components, through external foundries. The number of semiconductors to be mass-produced this year alone will exceed 20 million.

Hyundai Mobis is also accelerating research and development with the goal of completing 11 next-generation semiconductors, including semiconductors for battery management systems, lamps, and communication, and a system on a chip (SoC) for networks, within three years. To this end, the company is also collaborating with major domestic foundry companies.

  • Jointly enhancing the technological competitiveness of K-automotive semiconductors…expanding the ecosystem through sharing know-how with partner companies

Hyundai Mobis plans to actively communicate and share the know-how it has acquired through functional safety certification with major domestic and overseas partners. At the same time, it will also work to expand its own domestic automotive semiconductor ecosystem in Korea.

In fact, Hyundai Mobis is increasing its collaboration with major domestic semiconductor companies. The company established a joint lab with Global Technologies, a semiconductor design specialist, this year and achieved research and development results in semiconductors for next-generation smart ambient lighting. It has also completed the development of an integrated drive semiconductor with Dongwoon Anatech and is now moving into its mass production.

Hyundai Mobis is also strengthening partnerships with leading domestic foundry companies to expand the scope of collaboration, including process optimization. Additionally, it plans to enhance cooperation with design houses that serve as intermediaries between fabless and foundry companies, semiconductor packaging companies, and specialized firms in design, analysis, and verification, as well as research institutions.

BioDlink’s Bevacizumab Approved for Market Launch in Indonesia, Marking Fourth Consecutive Emerging Market Authorization

  • Bevacizumab Injection officially approved by Indonesia’s National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM), following Nigeria, Pakistan, and Colombiaaccelerating global commercialization
  • Approval in ASEAN’s largest pharma market strengthens BioDlink’s position as a global supplier of antibody/XDC therapies via international GMP standards and commercial capabilities

SUZHOU, China, Aug. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — BioDlink announced that its Bevacizumab Injection has obtained marketing authorization from Indonesia’s National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM). This marks BioDlink’s fourth international approval within two months – following Nigeria, Pakistan, and Colombia – signaling accelerated BioDlink’s global expansion into a sustained commercialization phase.

Strategic Significance of Indonesian Approval
Indonesia, the world’s fourth-most populous nation, reports over 400,000 new cancer cases annually (WHO). Yet biologics accessibility remains below 15%. As ASEAN’s largest pharmaceutical market and regulatory hub, this approval expedites regional market access across Southeast Asia. BioDlink’s cost-effective bevacizumab, manufactured in China in compliance with international GMP standards, is helping to address critical treatment gaps for patients in Indonesia.

Global Standards, Proven Quality & Compliance
BPOM’s rigorous review process, fully aligned with PIC/S international standards, reinforces the clinical value of bevacizumab while reaffirming BioDlink’s world-class quality systems. Our manufacturing facility is GMP-certified across multiple regions—including China, Brazil, Egypt, Indonesia, Colombia, Argentina, and Pakistan—and recognized by Japan’s PMDA. This comprehensive accreditation ensures end-to-end compliance for antibodies, ADCs/XDCs, and biosimilar products.

This approval has proven BioDlink’s mature global commercialization capabilities:

  • Manufacturing Scale: Four commercial-scale manufacturing lines at the Suzhou site ensure a reliable global supply of antibodies, ADCs/XDCs, and biosimilars.
  • Regulatory Excellence: BPOM’s PIC/S-aligned approval stands as a global benchmark, underscoring the strength of BioDlink’s quality systems.
  • Strategic Momentum: Successive approvals across four markets are driving accelerated expansion in Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Dr. Jun Liu, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of BioDlink, stated:
“These consecutive approvals demonstrate the strength of our quality systems and commercial execution. With Indonesia as a key ASEAN hub, and in close partnership with Kexing Biopharm, we are shifting from single-market breakthroughs to regional impact —expanding access, diversifying growth, and delivering affordable, high-quality therapies worldwide.”

The National Exhibition Fair Center, inaugurated on August 19, stands as a testament to Vingroup’s credibility and execution capability.

According to the PRIVATE 100 ranking of Vietnam’s top 100 private enterprises by tax contribution, published by the CafeF, Vingroup paid more than VND 56.2 trillion into the state budget in 2024, representing an 82% increase compared to 2023. Vingroup’s payments made up 23% of the Top 100’s total contributions and nearly 40% of the Top 10.

This is the second consecutive year CafeF has published the PRIVATE 100 list, which is based on actual payments made during a full fiscal year. Vingroup’s continued leadership in the ranking is a clear testament to its credibility, social responsibility, and the effective, sustainable business model of its entire ecosystem.

In addition to being the largest taxpayer, Vingroup is also Vietnam’s largest private conglomerate and one of the nation’s leading corporations. As of June 30, 2025, Vingroup’s total assets reached VND 964,439 billion; consolidated net revenue and post-tax profit for the first half of 2025 were VND 130,366 billion and VND 4,509 billion, respectively.

Vingroup’s two core business pillars, Technology – Industry and Real Estate & Services, achieved impressive growth. In the Industrials & Technology segment, VinFast delivered 72,167 electric vehicles worldwide in the first six months of 2025, a 3.2-fold increase year-on-year. Other key subsidiaries, including Vincom Retail and Vinpearl, posted revenues of VND 4,274 billion and VND 5,912 billion respectively, maintaining their leadership in retail real estate and tourism.

Notably, on August 11, 2025, Vingroup announced the addition of two new pillars, Infrastructure (high-speed rail, bridges, ports, logistics, etc.) and Green Energy (solar, wind, and energy storage systems). These sectors are expected to unlock breakthrough growth potential, further contribute to the state budget, and strengthen the role of the private sector as the new driver of Vietnam’s development.

Vingroup contributes meaningfully to society through its Social Enterprises pillar. In August 2025, the Group’s Kind Heart Foundation was awarded the First-Class Labor Order, recognizing 19 years of tireless charitable efforts, supporting millions of disadvantaged individuals, and promoting sustainable community development with total disbursements of VND 30 trillion.

On August 19, 2025, Vingroup also proudly received the First-Class Labor Order for completing the National Exhibition Fair Center 15 months ahead of schedule. This milestone was dedicated to Vietnam’s 80th National Day and marks a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of Hanoi and the nation.

Vingroup’s repeated recognition at the national level, alongside its consistent top rankings in reputable business evaluations, is clear evidence of its growth potential, social responsibility, and long-term commitment to sustainable development.

FDA clearance of Salix® Coronary Plaque module

Significantly expands U.S. commercial opportunity with ability to charge fees per scan assessed

Investor Webinar – 11.30am AEST (9.30am AWST) on 22 August 2025

PERTH, Australia, Aug. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Artrya Limited (ASX: AYA) (Artrya or the Company), a medical technology company commercialising its Salix® AI-powered cloud platform, for the near real time, point of care assessment and management of coronary artery disease, is pleased to announce it has received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the FDA) for Artrya’s proprietary, Salix® Coronary Plaque module. This regulatory clearance is a major milestone in Artrya’s U.S. market launch which commenced in July and will greatly expand the revenue opportunity with current and future customers.

Key Points

  • Major milestone as Artrya receives FDA 510(k) clearance for the Salix® Coronary Plaque module
  • Salix® Coronary Plaque module enables near real-time, point-of-care detection of high-risk plaque – a key predictor of heart attack[1] often missed using current manual practices
  • Salix® Coronary Plaque module integrates seamlessly with FDA-cleared Salix® Coronary Anatomy platform which is already commercial with Tanner Health
  • Significantly expands U.S. commercial launch with ability to charge a fee per scan assessed with Salix® Coronary Plaque module – U.S. Category 1 CPT reimbursement rate US$950[2] for each assessment

John Konstantopoulos, Co-Founder and CEO of Artrya, said:

“We are thrilled to have received FDA clearance of our Salix® Coronary Plaque module, which opens up a much greater revenue opportunity for us in the U.S., our largest market. The team have worked tremendously hard to prepare and support the submission which we lodged on the 16th of June, and we intend to build on this as we approach our next submission for the Salix® Coronary Flow module.

Our momentum is definitely building, with the core Salix® Coronary Anatomy platform now commercial in Tanner Health, and integration of Northeast Georgia Health System and Cone Health progressing well. Once live, we simply enable the Salix® Coronary Plaque module in their workstream, providing their clinicians access to our highly detailed assessment of coronary artery plaque in under ten minutes. We know these clinicians tremendously value the speed, ease and efficiency that our Salix® platform and plaque module offers, as they seek to rapidly diagnose patients and provide those in need with lifesaving treatment.

As we move forward, our ability to generate revenue from our U.S. customers for each CCTA scan they assess with our Salix® Plaque module, provides us the ability to scale rapidly. This is underpinned by the ability of our customers to receive an attractive Category 1 reimbursement of US$950[2] for each plaque assessment they perform.”

FDA 510(k) clearance of Salix® Coronary Plaque module

Artrya has received FDA 510(k) clearance of the Salix® Coronary Plaque module, a proprietary artificial intelligence-enabled module for detecting and quantifying coronary artery plaque. The Salix® Coronary Plaque module enables a near real-time, point-of-care assessment of plaque and stenosis for patients who have undergone a coronary CT angiogram (CCTA).  A CCTA scan is now the recommended front line diagnostic scan for assessing patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease.

The Salix® Coronary Plaque module is already embedded within the same user interface as the Salix® Coronary Anatomy platform and can immediately be enabled in the live version of the platform following this FDA clearance. This makes the expanded Salix® technology offering available to clinicians, with assessments available to them in less than 10 minutes and without changing or using multiple systems, as required with competing technology.

[2] Cardiovascular Business – CMS significantly increases Medicare payments for cardiac CT

Commercial opportunity for Salix® Coronary Plaque module

Coronary artery disease (CAD) remains the leading cause of death and the largest category of U.S. healthcare expenditure, with costs projected to exceed US$1 trillion by 2035[3]. Coronary artery plaque remains difficult to detect with current methods and in over 50%[4] of the population, the first sign of the disease is sudden death. More than 4.4 million[5] CCTA scans are performed each year in the U.S., growing at over 6% annually[6].

The U.S. government has also increased reimbursement rates paid for assessing CCTA scans, due to the high incidence and benefits for earlier intervention. Now that Artrya’s Salix® Coronary Plaque module is cleared, it automatically qualifies for a Category I CPT code for automated plaque analysis of CCTA scans, with reimbursement of US$950 per assessment from January 1, 2026.

Artrya’s go to market strategy for the U.S. is built around three strategic partnerships with mid-sized U.S. hospital systems. The first of these, Tanner Health, signed a commercial agreement for clinical use of the Salix® Coronary Anatomy platform in July 2025 and the integration of Northeast Georgia Health and Cone Health is progressing and will be completed in coming months. This is Artrya’s most immediate commercial opportunity and will be the focus before adding additional customers.

Artrya is also collaborating with several major U.S. hospital centres to participate in the upcoming SAPPHIRE study. These centres will use the Salix® Coronary Plaque module and will gain awareness and understanding of the benefits that Salix® can provide. A key strategy moving forward will be to build on this awareness and clinical utility to seek to transition these centres to commercial customers.

Investor Webinar

The Company’s Co-Founder and CEO John Konstantopoulos, will host an Investor Webinar at 11.30am AEST (9.30am AWST) on 22 August 2025, to discuss the FDA clearance and the business outlook. A recording of the webinar will be available on the Investor Centre section of the Company’s website for 60 days after the call. Shareholders will also have an opportunity to participate in a Q&A session at the end of the briefing.
