Steelcase 2025 Impact Report Highlights the Strength of Community and Progress Toward a Net-Zero Future

Report charts the organization’s milestones on its path to improving the wellbeing of people and the planet.

How We Create Community

Steelcase is working toward a better future for people by helping communities thrive, fostering inclusion and acting with integrity. Progress reported this year includes the following:

  • Seventy-two projects were initiated around the world to encourage employees to volunteer in their communities, driving local impact.
  • Employees initiated 186 community partnerships in 35 locations globally, deepening local engagement and making an impact through their collective action.
  • More than 2,000 employees attended Business Inclusion Group events where they learned about different cultures.

Starlab Adds Space Applications Services as Strategic Partner, Equity Owner in Joint Venture

The opening also spotlighted National Aerospace Industry Corporation (NAICO) Malaysia, which is spearheading the development of the MyAERO Centre of Excellence. “The MyAERO Centre is closely aligned with the 13th Malaysia Plan, which identifies Advanced Air Mobility as a frontier industry. By leveraging its role as a national depository of knowledge and facilities, the MyAERO Centre will ensure Malaysia builds the technical, regulatory and industrial foundations needed to capture this opportunity,” said Ts. Shamsul Kamar Abu Samah, Chief Executive Officer of NAICO Malaysia.

Aligned with the Malaysia Drone Technology Action Plan 2030 (MDTAP30) led by MRANTI, these initiatives reflect Malaysia’s coordinated approach to harmonise industry needs with international best practices. Speaking at the opening, Datuk Dr M.
