The National Anti-Corruption Commission Thailand proceeds to anti-bribery through ISO 37001 amidst digital age

BANGKOK, THAILAND – Media OutReach Newswire – 27 February 2024 – The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) as the main agency for the prevention and suppression of corruption in Thailand, announced to seriously adopt ISO 37001 in tackling corruption, involving giving and receiving bribes in the current digitalization era.
The NACC indicated that bribery problems are a serious threat and impact every nation around the world. It disrupts economic systems and creates challenges and obstacles for numerous nations. According to the World Bank, bribery accounts for as much as US$1 trillion annually, which is equivalent to 3% of the global GDP. As such, the ISO is both, an independent organization and a non-governmental international organization, whose mission is to establish international standards, therefore ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System or ABMS has been developed by ISO. ISO 37001 is the international standard for a management system designed to prevent the giving and receiving of bribes. This anti-corruption management guideline is applicable to all types or sizes of organizations, including those in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Each country can use it as guidance to adopt and voluntarily implement these standards domestically.
The ISO 37001 is internationally recognized as an instrument for corporate compliance programs and as a powerful internal control measure to prevent bribery of juristic persons. Many countries have implemented domestic regulations to incentivize and promote the adoption of ISO 37001 in both the private and public sectors.
The NACC has amended the Organic Act on Anti-Corruption, B.E. 2561 (2018) by including a provision that imposes criminal penalties for juristic person instances of bribery. This amendment has studied best practices from foreign countries and studied or adopted the principle of ISO 37001 into consideration in drafting Section 176 of the act as well, resulting in consistency with the principle and practice of ISO 37001. For the purpose of concrete mobilization and raising awareness of Section 176, the NACC has established the Anti-Bribery Advisory Service (ABAS) to drive anti-bribery concretely. ABAS is a center that collects and disseminates various knowledge as well as provides recommendations to prevent bribery problems in the business sectors. In this regard, the NACC provides “Guidelines on Appropriate Internal Control Measures for Juristic Persons”, which align with ISO 37001. The guidelines and other interest documents can be downloaded via https://www.nacc.go.th/abas/

Doubleview Gold Corp. Announces Significant Copper and Gold Intervals, Including 6.94% Copper and 8.29 g/t Gold (11.27% Cu Eq[-Sc]) Over 4 meters, from South Lisle and Main Lisle Zones of Hat Porphyry Polymetallic Deposit

Vancouver, British Columbia – Newsfile Corp. – February 26, 2024 – Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: A1W038) (the “Company or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce analyses from the final five Hat Property drill holes of the 2023 drill campaign. Drill holes H067 and H068 in the South Lisle Zone returned very significant intervals of copper and gold values that add important length and grade dimensions to the porphyry deposit. Drill holes H069 and H070, in the main Lisle zone, were strategically placed to verify and expand our exploration model and have increased the mineralization and shown near-surface continuation. The enhanced volume of mineralization will be reflected in the estimates included in the Maiden Resource Estimate (MRE) currently being prepared.
The Hat Porphyry project is located in the prolific “Golden Triangle” of the Stikine mining district of northwestern British Columbia, Canada, and is in a territory that hosts several large base and precious metal deposits. In addition to copper and gold, the Hat Deposit contains several critical metals, including Cobalt, and Scandium.
Mr. Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO, comments that “The 2023 program of drilling comprised almost 11,000 metres of drilling that explored and extended the Lisle deposit to west, south and southwest, enabled new interpretation of the deposit orientation and model, and revealed a new gold-silver-cobalt-rich area. Several previously unconnected mineral zones were joined and over-all dimensions were increased. A 4 meter section of hole H067 returned a remarkable 6.94% copper and 8.29 g/t gold (11.27% Cu Eq[-Sc] “Cu Eq calculated excluding Sc content”). Data for the Maiden Resource Estimate (MRE) were compiled and forwarded to an outside, arm’s length, consultant. When completed the MRE will be published and mark a very material progression in our development of the Hat deposit”.
South Lisle Zone:
Drill holes H067 and H068 returned strong Copper and Gold mineralization consistent with that reported from hole H034 and confirmed the apparent trend of mineralization to deeper and higher concentrations in the Lisle South area.
Drill hole H067:
Hole H067 intersected significant Gold and Copper mineralization over its entire length from 9 meters depth (see Table 1):
- 537.8 meters of 0.24g/t Au plus 0.17% Cu (0.34% Cu Eq[-Sc])
- Including: 210.4 meters of 0.47g/t Au plus 0.47% Cu (0.64% Cu Eq[-Sc])

Scandium:
Scandium, one of the rarest metals, is deemed “critical” by Canadian and American federal governments. The Hat deposit is one of a small number of North American deposits that potentially contains significant amounts of scandium:
Scandium is utilized in various industries due to its unique properties, especially when alloyed with aluminum. Applications take advantage of scandium’s ability to enhance the strength, durability, and thermal resistance of aluminum, making the resultant alloy ideal for aerospace, military, and automotive industries. Additionally, scandium finds applications in the manufacturing of solid oxide fuel cells, where it serves as a critical component due to its electrical conductivity and heat resistance. These fuel cells are used in power generation with high efficiency and low emissions. Other industries that benefit from the use of scandium include lighting, electronics, and 3D printing, leveraging its capacity to improve the performance of materials and components within these sectors.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control:
Core samples were prepared at the North Vancouver facility of ALS Canada Ltd. using their PREP-31, PGM-ICP24, ME-MS61, and ME-ICP06 packages. Each core sample is dried, then crushed to 70% passing a 2mm screen. All material is processed in an automatic Riffle splitter to yield a 250g homogenized, representative sample. This sub-sample is then pulverized to 85% passing a 75-micron screen. All samples are analyzed for Au, Pt, Pd by 50g fire-assay fusion/ICP-ES finish, using PGM-ICP24 package. A separate 0.25g pulp split is analyzed by Four Acid digestion/ICP-MS finish, reporting 48 elements. Over limit elements are analyzed by Ore Grade Four Acid digestion/ICP-ES finish using ME-OG62 assay package. All of Doubleview’s core samples are analyzed or assayed at independent ISO 17025 and ISO 9001- certified laboratories.

SUN.io Partners with HTX DAO, Adding Approximately $100M to HTX/TRX Liquidity
Justin Sun, founder of TRON and a member of the HTX Global Advisory Board, shared on social media that this partnership will significantly boost the vitality and growth momentum of SUN and HTX DAO.
It is estimated that through this partnership, HTX DAO will contribute 50% of its quarterly liquidity donations received to the HTX-TRX Liquidity Pool (LP), with a minimum of 80% allocated to SUN.io. Based on projected revenues of the HTX exchange for 2022 and 2023, this year, HTX DAO will add at least $100 million in liquidity to the total value locked on SUN.io, representing over 20% of SUN.io’s total TVL.
As a token of appreciation to HTX holders, SUN.io is launching various campaigns allowing participants the ability to receive SUN tokens proportionate to their HTX holdings (token value cap subject to actual LP contributions), enabling them to engage with the SUN platform governance. During the campaign, HTX users who wish to opt out of the campaign can return the SUN tokens they hold.
Additionally, SUN.io will introduce a variety of initiatives, including fee reductions, listing of new trading pairs, and supplying free Energy, to continuously support HTX DAO and HTX holders.
SUN.io stands out as the first platform on TRON to integrate stablecoin swap, yield farming, and self-governance. It also supports the trading of authorized digital currencies of Dominica. As of February 25, SUN.io’s total TVL reached $453 million, with $429 million in its SUNSwap pools. Earlier, on February 3, SUN.io rolled out the HTX-TRX Liquidity Pool, which boasts an annual percentage yield (APY) of up to 28.78%.
Built on the secure and reliable TRON network and leveraging its global user base of 213 million, SUN.io has evolved into a comprehensive platform for yield farming, staking, and stablecoin swap. It provides a diverse range of DeFi services and a decentralized governance mechanism. SUN.io aims to merge the strengths of various trading protocols to create a decentralized exchange ecosystem that is efficient, cost-effective, and secure. The platform focuses on maximizing investors’ returns through incentives such as liquidity provider fee rewards, yield farming, and staking rewards in SUN tokens. Additionally, the SUN token’s burning mechanism and the voting rights of its holders contribute to a sustainable ecosystem for the token.
The SUN.io team invites developers of all kinds to collaborate and build on the TRON blockchain. SUN.io will expand its reach by integrating more high-quality decentralized applications (dApps) and providing financial and technical support to them through means such as IDO, fund investment, and project incubation. This expansion is poised to enrich the DeFi landscape, offering accessible and secure decentralized financial services to 8 billion users worldwide.
