Nova Technology Upgrades AI Claim Agent, Driving Next-Generation Intelligent Claims

SHANGHAI, Oct. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Nova Technology International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nova Technology”), a leading AI technology company in China’s insurance industry,  announced an upgrade to its AI Claim Agent. The enhanced AI Claim Agent achieves an automatic review rate up to 80%, significantly improving claim efficiency and accuracy, while the industry average is only around 30%. It enables insurance companies to build a highly efficient and reliable intelligent claim system, simultaneously delivering a superior customer experience.

Nova Technology has leveraged its proprietary technologies, including breakthroughs in vertical-specific models, a comprehensive knowledge base, and multi-agent AI systems, to provide insurance companies with AI claim solutions tailored to their business needs, continuously driving digital transformation and intelligent automation across the industry.

Nova Technology’s AI Claim Agent utilizes a sophisticated multi-agent architecture that breaks down complex claim tasks into collaborative subtasks. Specialized agents manage functions like policy interpretation, incident analysis, liability verification, and risk control. This professional collaboration mechanism allows the system to understand, evaluate, and adjudicate cases without human intervention, achieving intelligent liability determination and automated payout calculation, even for complex claims.

The upgraded AI Claim Agent is powered by Nova Technology’s proprietary Lop Nur system, which integrates multiple AI agents, an extensive knowledge base, and professional tools to enhance the entire claims process. The system supports liability assessment and actuarial capabilities across all health insurance types nationwide.

Starting from claim reporting, customers can initiate a claim with a single click, without the need to submit supporting materials upfront. During the data collection stage, Nova Technology’s intelligent data entry system applies advanced technologies — including e-invoice processing, optical character recognition (OCR), and large language models (LLMs) — to interpret claim data and efficiently retrieve authorized electronic health records from hospitals. This intelligent process ensures data accuracy and completeness, enabling all relevant information to be captured swiftly and precisely.

Upon completion of data collection, Lop Nur’s multi-agent claim system accelerates the review process by leveraging comprehensive insurance databases to enhance liability assessment and payout calculation. This integrated approach streamlines settlements, reduces errors, and ensures timely support for claimants. At the same time, the system identifies potential high-risk and fraudulent claims, enabling targeted investigations that prevent improper payouts while ensuring legitimate claims are processed efficiently and fairly.

Unlike conventional knowledge repositories, the Lop Nur system incorporates purpose-built risk analytics capabilities, enabling insurers to benefit from the company’s industry-leading, efficient, and accurate AI claim solutions across the entire process.

According to a Frost & Sullivan report, Nova Technology maintains one of the most comprehensive claim knowledge bases in China—based on the 2024 total volume of insurance and medical knowledge—covering more than 3.8 million conceptual items and 5,000 decision-making items. In its latest version, the knowledge base has been further expanded and enhanced with advanced reasoning capabilities, significantly improving risk identification and policy interpretation accuracy in complex claim scenarios.

The product has been deployed across multiple insurance institutions and has successfully passed rigorous enterprise-level validation for stability and security. In practical deployment, Nova Technology’s AI Claim Agent achieved an automatic review rate of up to 80.0%, calculated by dividing the number of claims settled without manual intervention by the total number of claims processed. The automatic claim review process achieved an industry-leading decision accuracy rate of up to 98.0%. This performance significantly outperforms traditional manual review processes in both speed and precision.

Nova Technology stated that the upgraded AI Claim Agent fully reflects the company’s long-term expertise in multi-agent AI systems and insurance knowledge base, and marks a new phase in which the company is advancing claim intelligence with AI into a systematic and deeper level of application.

ChainUp Investment Unveils Blueprint for Family Offices, Declares Bitcoin’s New Highs Confirm Institutional Era

HONG KONG, Oct. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — In a recent panel discussion at the World Family Office Forum Asia, Amanda He, Chief Investment Officer of crypto asset management firm ChainUp Investment, asserted that the recent milestones in Bitcoin’s price are a reflection of digital assets entering their institutional phase. Amanda, with a background rooted in both traditional finance and Web3 innovation, stated that this new era is fundamentally different from past cycles, driven by institutional adoption that is “accelerating, penetrating more markets, more product types, and deeper layers of the financial system.”

Amanda’s core message for professional allocators was clear: “be early late, not sorry late.”

Investment Strategies to Generate “Real Alpha”

Amanda explained that given the market’s current stage, the best approach for family offices is not passive holding or early-stage venture capital. She argued that the market is “still inefficient, information is fragmented, and behavioral biases are strong,” creating an environment where “skilled discretionary or quantamental managers can still generate real alpha.”

To illustrate her point, Amanda outlined several strategies tailored to different investor profiles coming from real case of family office clients:

  • For aggressive clients like Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) with tech background or crypto knowledge: She recommends long-only or discretionary strategies that rotate across sectors.
  • For Bitcoin believers such as most crypto native investors: Amanda’s team also provides BTC-based yield strategies, such as structured fixed-term products with capital protection or volatility/options strategies.
  • For conservative investors for those Multi-Family Office or with little knowledge in crypto: The ideal entry point is delta-neutral arbitrage, which provides stable, low-volatility yield with some upside in a bull market.

DeFi and DeAI as the Future of On-Chain Finance

“Investment is always about being forward-looking,” said Amanda, who identified DeFi (Decentralized Finance) and DeAI (Decentralized Artificial Intelligence) or DePin (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure) as the most compelling sectors. While she views Layer-1s and Layer-2s as the foundational backbone, she is more bullish on the Decentralized Application sectors that can truly reshape the financial industry.

“DeFi is the most investable theme. We’re entering the ‘tokenize-everything’ era, first in gold, then T-bills and T-bonds, and now stocks. So what’s coming next after all those assets issuance on-chain completed? Those assets should generate yields on-chain. Hence DeFi is coming into the center of the stage.” she said. She summarized her view with a clear distinction: “DeFi for execution, DeAI for imagination.”

The Definitive Case for Bitcoin over Gold

In her most direct statement, Amanda addressed the long-term valuation of Bitcoin, setting a bold benchmark against gold.

“If Bitcoin ultimately matches gold’s role, one BTC should equal about 10 kilograms of gold, which is roughly USD 1.27 million at today’s prices,” she projected. When asked to choose between the two for a five-year allocation, her answer was simple and unequivocal: “100% Bitcoin for allocation, while not missing out timing alpha return in gold.”

“Gold was the store of value of the past—Bitcoin is the store of value of the future,” she concluded.

CNN’s ‘Tech for Good’ showcases young innovators redefining rescue missions with robotics

CNN first visits The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where student Jimmy Wu Chun-Ming and his team have developed AeroRelief, a smart delivery drone system designed to enhance emergency response in remote areas.  What sets this technology apart from others is its SMS locating system and AI-driven dispatch assistance platform which suggests what equipment is needed during an emergency. It aims to close the critical time gap before first responders can arrive in remote areas, where every minute counts.

From emergency services to rescue operations, CNN visits Switzerland for the ARCHE (Advanced Robotic Capabilities for Hazardous Environments) event, where students developing the latest disaster relief robots can test their technologies in a simulated environment. Among this year’s standout creations are Magnecko, a climbing robot with magnetic feet developed by students at ETH Zurich, and Roboa, a snake-like robot designed to search for people trapped under rubble.

Across the globe, similar breakthroughs are taking shape. In the United States, Firebot – developed by University of Texas at Austin graduate Siddharth Thakur – is a cutting-edge fire robot equipped with thermal cameras, sensors, and gas detectors to safely navigate hazardous environments. It delivers real-time data to firefighters before they enter a blaze, enhancing safety and efficiency while minimizing risk.

Finally, as part of the show’s ‘Where Are They Now?’ segment, Max Lee and Josua Chan, creators of LifeSparrow, an AI drone software that’s designed to locate missing hikers in Hong Kong, are catching the world’s attention again. Since their 2023 feature in ‘Tech for Good’, their technology has expanded to perform various other tasks including spotting wildfires, monitoring country parks and assisting with maritime rescue.

Neolix Raises US$600+ Million in Series D Funding, Setting New Record for Private Financing of China’s Autonomous Driving Industry

BEIJING, Oct. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Neolix, the world’s largest provider of L4 autonomous delivery (RoboVan) solutions, has raised over US$600 million in its Series D financing. By deal size, it is the largest private fundraising in China’s autonomous driving sector to date and is among the biggest private investments in China this year.

Neolix secures the largest-ever fundraising in China's autonomous driving industry
Neolix secures the largest-ever fundraising in China’s autonomous driving industry

The round was led by UAE-based StoneVenture, joined by Gaocheng Capital, CITIC Capital, CDH, Sparkedge Capital, Beijing AI Fund and one of the largest internet platforms in China. Other key investors include Legend Capital, Gaorong Ventures, Templewater, etc. Existing backer Yunqi Partners also increased its holdings, while Cygnus Equity acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction.

This round marks a new chapter in Neolix’s mission to “make autonomous vehicles accessible worldwide,” underscoring strong investor confidence in the company’s technological edge and commercial momentum. Neolix plans to use the funds to further invest in algorithm and technology R&D, develop new products for diverse commercial scenarios, enhance its service network and user experience, and fuel its global expansion plans.

Neolix’s Founder and CEO, Enyuan Yu, stated that the Series D fundraising will strengthen Neolix’s technological and market leadership in autonomous intra-city logistics, accelerating large-scale commercial deployment to meet growing domestic and international demand. “We believe autonomous delivery is a key part of future urban logistics. Neolix will continue building a robust fleet, advancing visual algorithms and dispatch engines to deliver safe and efficient autonomous solutions. Our goal is to empower urban logistics with autonomous driving, making RoboVans a new productivity tool and driving digital transformation in the industry.”

Leading the RoboVan Industry Into Large-Scale Deployment

Founded by Mr. Enyuan Yu, Neolix has rapidly emerged as a global leader in autonomous delivery vehicles since its launch in 2018. The company has delivered over 10,000 L4 RoboVans, more than any other firm worldwide, and achieved a record-breaking 2,000 vehicle deliveries in a single month. Its vehicles are now deployed in over 300 cities in China, with Qingdao hosting more than 1,200 units. Neolix’s popular X3 and X6 models have each surpassed 4,000 deliveries, demonstrating strong market demand.

On the technology front, Neolix continues to pioneer breakthroughs. Its proprietary “Neolix-VA” vision-action foundation model marks the first large-scale deployment of an end-to-end model in the logistics sector, enabling RoboVans to navigate complex traffic environments through superior spatial intelligence and behavioral reasoning.

Neolix is also the first company to deploy map-free autonomous driving in freight industry , enabling true point-to-point delivery on public roads with full environmental generalization. Its AI-powered Dispatch Center integrates real-time data on vehicles, routes, and orders to optimize fleet performance. Collectively, Neolix’s L4 autonomous vehicles have accumulated over 50 million kilometers of real-world L4 driving, keeping the company far ahead of peers.

Expanding Market Share and Commercial Scenarios

Since obtaining China’s first autonomous delivery license in 2021, Neolix has experienced explosive growth. Vehicle deliveries have increased more than tenfold annually for two consecutive years. Today, the company holds over 60% of cumulative market share, 70% of new monthly shipments, and 80% of monthly revenue in China’s autonomous delivery vehicle segment, serving more than 300,000 clients ranging from large enterprises to small businesses.

In the express delivery sector, Neolix commands a leading position as the only RoboVan supplier serving all major logistics players in China, including SF Express, JD Logistics, China Post, STO, YTO, ZTO, and J&T Express, capturing nearly 70% of key account tenders.

Beyond express logistics, Neolix is rapidly expanding into fresh food, cold chain, supermarket, and urban freight scenarios, driving operational efficiency and service reliability, particularly during nighttime operations, where a single RoboVan can complete over 10 delivery cycles per shift.

Earlier this year, Neolix and Didi Freight jointly launched the world’s first RoboVan-as-a-Service (RaaS) model for on-demand logistics, significantly lowering the barrier to autonomous delivery adoption.

Orders from these diversified urban logistics scenarios now account for more than half of Neolix’s monthly order volume. In the broader urban logistics segment, Neolix currently serves hundreds of top-tier clients and commands over 60% market share.

Accelerating Global Expansion

Neolix’s success extends beyond China. In October 2025, Neolix partnered with K2 Group, an Abu Dhabi–based AI technology firm, to secure the first RoboVan license ever issued in the UAE, paving the way for scaled deployment across the Middle East. The company also joined Japan’s largest autonomous driving association, Autoware, in September 2025, and in July 2025, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Incheon Metropolitan Government to promote RoboVan deployment in South Korea.

Industry Outlook: 2025, the Breakout Year for Autonomous Delivery

Analysts anticipate exponential growth in autonomous delivery vehicles over the next three years. Soochow Securities forecasts that more than 30,000 units will be sold in China in 2025 alone.

Neolix estimates that China’s urban logistics market, currently served by about 30 million delivery vehicles valued at over RMB 3 trillion, is poised for large-scale automation. Within three years, major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou could each see thousands of autonomous vehicles operating daily. Once fleets reach a certain level, Neolix envisions an intelligent logistics network serving both enterprises and individuals, enabling shared capacity and highly efficient resource allocation.
